They are both siblings who have a father, a yakuza in Japan. When their father lost in competition with other yakuza groups, the idea emerged to give his child a chance to build a company in the USA so they did not compete with the yakuza in Japan. The first share capital was held by Tsukiyama and he owned a gas station business in Idlewood and a workshop. A business that has so smooth income. Over the course of time, Takahiro, brother of Tsukiyama, tried illegal business in Los Santos, namely drug trafficking and weapons under the guise of a restaurant business. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is where Takahiro and Tsukiyama started a legal and illegal business. All weapons and drugs stocks were stored in the restaurant's warehouse. There are competing prices by them where goods from Takahiro are more expensive due to shipments from Japan than some gangsters in Los Santos which are cheaper. Takahiro is looking for a strategy to keep getting customers even though the goods from him are a little expensive. The idea came from Tsukiyama to reduce the selling price of illegal goods, try to get as many customers as possible until they were addicted to waiting for the right time to raise the prices according to competition in Los Santos. 1 September 2018 : The death of Ryuji Asuhara Ryuji Asuhara's death was due to being shot by another yakuza group at a market in Japan, after receiving 10 shots on the chest and 2 shots on the thigh, Ryuji was declared dead and made his yakuza group disband. Upon hearing the news, Takahiro and Tsukiyama were forced to stop illegal business in Los Santos because they would no longer receive supplies from their father. Ryuji Asuhara left 3 of his wives, namely Takahiro's mother, Tsukiyama's mother, and Ryuko's mother. Yes, the three of them have different mothers but the same father. Running out of weapons and drugs makes Takahiro switch business, namely prostitution. Prostitution business is very promising because every teenager and old Los Santos citizen will definitely go to the place of prostitution. This is where Takahiro's illegal business continues. Not long after Takahiro ran a prostitution business, many other businessmen did not like Japanese people, like Takahiro. They also reported the illegal business of Takahiro to the police so Takahiro was caught and jailed until now. The whole business is now taken over by Tsukiyama until Takahiro is free from prison. Tsukiyama decides to pay a bailout for Takahiro so he can free Takahiro from prison. After being free, Takahiro immediately called his right hand, Jun Kaito. He is one of the Japanese people that Takahiro really believes in, so Takahiro decided to transfer his illegal business to Jun. After Jun arrived in Los Santos, Jun had an old friend, Hataka, he also worked under the leadership of Asuhara. Hataka is a person who loves car racing, so he made a racing group called Kamikaze Racing Crew. Located in Ocean Dock and managed by the notorious person in Japan, Hataka (Associated with Asuhara Organization). He get so much money by serving a lot of racer a good track to race and trusted bookies too reduce the amount of scammer in Los Santos. But this racing crew disbanded by the S.W.A.T by the goverment command due to illegal race and possessing a drugs. Hataka officially declared dead by the paramedic on August, 2005 due to a gunfire. Now someone called Jun Kaito by mister Takahiro command trying to make this racing business work again in this era. A loan shark is a (person) who offers loans at extremely high interest rates, has cruel (or strict) terms of collection upon failure, and operates outside off the street (outside of local authority). The term usually refers to illegal activity, but may also refer to predatory lending with extremely high interest rates such as payday or title loans. An unintended consequence of poverty alleviation initiatives can be that loan sharks borrow from formal microfinance lenders and lend on to poor borrowers. Loan sharks sometimes enforce repayment by blackmail or threats of violence. Historically, many moneylenders skirted between legal and criminal activity. In the recent western world, loan sharks have been a feature of the criminal underworld. USA has a loan shark law, the maximum rate is set. Roman University Law was (or is) tied to usury laws for most of European legal history. Beyond that, more recently, USA has maximum rates for credit lenders and for 1st and 2nd mortage lenders and auto loans too. In modern times it was said "you can't get a loan unless you don't need the money", however recently the legal focus has been in preventing lending by institutions who know the persons will fail to pay - a thing called "predatory lending" (which is a different topic).
