Smoke Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 FBI FILE #175 (Black Mercy Neighbourhood) During the 1990's a group famous for their arson known as the Burnt Sons ran wild through the streets of Jefferson they were famous for their arson and burnt down many buildings in the Jefferson areas. Not much is known about their original leadership but during the 80's they began selling the new drug "Crack Cocaine" and started turf wars with another local gang the BMN. After the famous driveby of 88 that caused the death of a 12 year old girl who was outside playing in the yard the Burnt Sons began to experience a large fall in their membership due to a mixture of murders and incarcerations. A young boy by the name of Raymond Mooses pulled the gang away from their old habits and joint together with the also suffering BMN, in 1990 the gang we know today as the Black Mercy Neighbourhood came to be. During the 91's an estimated 600 young men were killed in the Jefferson area alone due to gang violence. Standoffs with the Families in the nearby Ganton were numberless. After the great Riots of '94 the gang went underground bringing out famous rappers like Craigh Keith. They also helped produce songs by rappers like Big L , and Biggie Boong the like of Outkast. In 1999 Raymond Mooses was shot leaving behind a 6 month old son and a widow. Although the producing money kept them a float for a few years the new wave of rap sunk their company and caused his wife to seek work in a local barber shop. His son Jeffrey Mooses (aka Smoke) joined the gang in 2010 at the age of 11 after robbing the local 24/7 store at gunpoint. While in Juvenille Detention in Blueberry young Jeffrey built a long wrapsheet of violence. While locked up Jeffrey, met a man by the name of Floyd Carter an ex boxer/street fighter who took promising young inmates under his wing and taught them how to fight. He put Jeffrey to work and the two became very close, eventually resulting in the rehabilitation and release of Jeffrey who in the eyes of the law had become a loss statistic. He continued training at the ganton gym and even went on to win two fights. On the night of April 12th 2013 Floyd Carter was killed in a botched robbery. The police arrested two suspects who were both members of the Families, in a spot of rage Jeffrey gathered some of his cousins and went "Flexing" (when a gang members enter another gang members territory in an attempt to spark a fight.) He was arrested for G.B.H on a young boy dressed in green. Once back in lockup Jeffrey was worse, he assaulted anyone who looked at him funny that's where he gained the nickname OG Smoke. He tattooed a Smoky on his face and is known to have 3 tear drops under his left eye suggesting he has killed 3 people. Jeffrey is known to carry weapons so approach with caution, his past criminal convictions range from possessions of a firearm to possession of cannabis. This is the home of the Black Mercy Neighbourhood, Jefferson. Famous for it's fluid drug operations and it's high crime rate. But the community itself is a beautiful place, it's extremely family orientated and no conflicts ever seem to be internal. Members of the BMN are young between the ages of 14-20 and have the life expectancy of 17 years of age. It's a hard life for them but they protect their home viciously. It wouldn't be wise to enter their neighbourhood to cause trouble. Jeffrey grew up in downtown during the war of the street gangs. Many black coloured people in the west were poor at that time, but most African-Americans suffered of family members getting killed and deep poverty. Jeffrey, spent a lot of his early years looking at his fellow black brothers and follow them into trouble. He turned to the criminal side after being whitnes at his brothers death. He was around 14 years old when his brother was murdered by the rival gang who unloaded a whole gun into Alvince's brother. As the courageous member of the family, Jeffrey had to find ways to keep him and his family safe and out of combat. With the war going on, it was hard to hold or even find a job, so he decided to team up with Rondo, his closest and most trustworty friend and start stealing food, goods or whatever had value. Later, they got older and stronger, they found some pretty succesful way of making money easily but with a high risk. They both got a job as truck drivers for a pipe company but, the truth behind that pipe company was, transporting cocaine. Money were coming fast into their pockets and that made them forget about the risk that they took when accepted this job. Life was going great for the two of them, but things got dirty when they got caught by a police officer who was just having a routine control over all the truckers. Nino, who was too scared to hold it to himself, he took out a baseball bat and knocked the police man down. He then stole $400 from the officer's wallet and set his car on fire. When they thought everything was lost and that they will spend the rest of their life in jail, a fancy clothed black man with huge afro appeared. Brayden Boston, was his name a man who made his fortune out of everything with the dollar sign on it. He was called the drug lord, because he had the biggest drug dealing business from all Liberty, but no one could prove that he was behind it. As a cover for his huge amount of cash, he was playing poker weekly with other rich businessmen but, always forcing them to lose, so he could cover up his real income. Brayden's plan was to take over a street gang but none of the ones from Liberty would agree with his terms. He then found the two strong and street smart men Jeffrey and Lamar and Nino them in. He gave them the life that they never dreamed of, money, girls, fancy houses, literally everything. Of course, Brayden kept his plan and asked them to help him go reqruit people from all around the city to create a street gang. Jeffrey , Rondo and Nino immediately started recruiting and created an army which was called The Black Empire who were a group of enlisted men setting up the city's distribution system. The plan was to send shipments of weed, cocaine, ecstacy, pcp, meth whatever you can get your hands on inside every nearby city and sell it there. After some time, the LSSS(Los Santos Secret Services) found out about the drug trafficking that was taking part inside the city and outside of it and decided to get closer to the case and investigate. Koch was soon after arrested and sentenced to 5 years for drug possessions that could have been found around his businesses along with some weapons. After his release he got back in touch with his closest and most loyal men Jeffrey and Nino. Brayden had lost everything besides some savings that he had hidden in Broker. There was nothing more there to do so Brayden , Jeffrey and Nino took a rough decision and left for Los Santos. Chapter One - "Control Area" Black Mercy Neighbourhood is a primarily, though not exclusively, African-American street gang founded in Jefferson, San Andreas. The gang is notorious for its brutal killings and the mass trafficking of firearms and narcotics throughout their controlled areas. The gang was widely known for its rivalries with the Vagos and Grove Street gangs before their untimely demise. They are identified by the purple color worn by their members and by particular gang symbols, including distinctive hand signs and tattoos. Despite it's critical takedown led by Detective Deandre Rockbile in 2012, which involved the imprisoning of multiple Black Mercy Neighbourhood members, the gang remains the oldest criminal organization in Los Santos to date. The gang has went through many power shifts throughout its tenure after the disappearances of many of its founders, including Raymond Mooses. It is believed that Jeffrey Mooses , Nino Buckner , Taj Rondo now sits at the helm of the organization and maintains a strong grasp upon his position of power with several key members residing in his regime. In-character rules: Do NOT take supplies from the faction safe to gain profit for yourself. Show respect to your fellow faction members, in order to gain respect back. All faction safe transactions must be done with the permission of a higher. All faction cars MUST be parked in the delegated area. To start a gang War/Brawl, permission must be granted by a higher. Always stay active, inactivity will lead to being dismissed from the faction. If you have found a recruit for the faction, please inform an higher. Higher are in charge of the faction, until a higher ranked player appears online. More Explainable IC Rules ► Prove yourself everyday to show the family they can believe you.► Respect each member within the family. If you have any problem with a member, just don’t start a brawl with him, come and talk to the leaders.► The family’s agenda should be known and all the family members should follow it. Listen to the higher ranks , don’t engage in gang wars without asking higher ranks.► Avoid using weapons in public places ,try to use a melee weapon and start roleplaying rather than actually pulling out a gun and killing him. Usage of weapons should be done only in a ‘life and death situation ‘and must be realistic.► Our buyers are the priority for our business, so be polite and good with them.► Avoid cops as far as you can, we are doing some illegal stuffs, we will fear them and would run.► Snitching,being a traitor will surely get you Pked. OOC Note Okay so this faction was made by me to just have fun and improve on my roleplay and let everyone give me tips and stuff like that I'm not making this faction to get straight on to get official because I want to make it grow from the ground up and try to make the role play fun.
