They are considered to be the largest transnational criminal gang in Los Angeles and it is estimated that there are tens of thousands of members in Los Angeles County alone. Their wide-ranging illegal activities and notoriety has come to the attention of the FBI and Immigration and Customs Enfocements. In the early 2000s, the government initiated raids against known and suspected gang members netting hundreds of arrests across the country. 18th Street gang started near 18th Street and Union Avenue in the Rampart District of Los Angeles. There is conflicting information as to the exact area, but this is a generally accepted area by most academic sources. They were originally part of Clanton 14 but wanted to make a separate clique called Clanton 18th Street and allow immigrants the opportunity to join. This proposal was rejected by the Clanton 14, which led to the formation of the 18th Street gang. The two gangs have been bitter rivals ever since. The 18th Street gang grew by expanding its membership to other nationalities and races, and it was among the first multiracial, multi-ethnic gangs in Los Angeles. In the beginning, they were made up largely of second-generation Hispanics. As the 18th Street gang began to battle with more established Hispanic gangs, they began to recruit outside the Hispanic community. There are approximately 200 separate individual autonomous gangs operating under the same name within separate barrios in the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, Riverside California, East Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Pico Union, Inglewood, Lynwood, South Gate, Huntington Park, Maywood, Long Beach, Orange County, and Los Angeles' Westside, according to the latest figures from the NDIC. In the early 2000s, the Federal Bureau of Investigation initiated wide-scale raids against known and suspected gang members, netting hundreds of arrests across the country. Story 18th Willowfield Maccer Street Gang were founded by Edgar Delarocha and Isaac Neija, They both grew up in the Los Santos. They are considered as Most Dangerous Gang that have been founded in Willowfield Maccer Street. Martinez Marquez was a founder of 18th Garcia Street Gang set in the Garcia Street, Idlewood, Los Santos. Martinez Marquez is died due the cops takedown their gang because of his criminal record, and Edgar Delarocha get jailed in the SACF Prison, after for a couple year, Edgar Delarocha is now released of his imprisonment, he moved out to Willowfield Maccer Street, brought his friends, family, old member to makes 18th Street Gang back in the Los Santos. They are taking their turf in the Willowfield Maccer, Street as their Gang Territory, They are selling illegal stuffs, and doing some criminal activites around Maccer Street, Hanging around Maccer Street, And make a living in there. They return to take their habits back in the mexico was like stealing , drinking and teasing womens passer-by, many of the reports about the work of their members, but they are not so anarchic and does not like teased. They can be spotted over their tags or their tattoos, famously using 18 numbers to shows their gang affiliation, and living/hanging around in the Willowfield Maccer Street. CHAPTER 1 "THE RISE" After the death of Martinez Marquez, Miguel Sifuentes who became the new head of gangsters at 18th, and remains a feared gangster in the Garcia street area. A few months after Martinez Marquez's death, Miguel a.k.a ICE holds many areas and it makes Crips feels jealous to the 18th members. Finally because mad Crips also make a troublemaking to 18th, because feel dislike with this, big war was starting A few days after the war, the police went down to search for the two heads of the gangster, but the unlucky ICE was captured by the LSPD on that day, 18th did not have another elder because Edgar Delarocha was still inside the prison cell, finally Topo, Saul,and another Member Vacuum for a moment before Edgar left the prison, And on that day was the 18th alley indirectly no criminal activity or get together again. After waiting for a long time, Edgar finally got out of jail, and returned to Garcia street to invite his friends to get together and make the 18th name back, and that same day they got together but moved from there. CHAPTER 2 : The Shootcaller It's been more than a month of 18 occupying the Barrio Willowfield with calm, so the results of their peace of 18 received a good reception from the black gang that is around Willowfield. And one day a young boy named Montse fucking Hibram A.K.A Hibs who just moved from his hometown of Tijuana or drug city in Mexico. The boy was welcomed by both jefe 18th Eddie and Narcho, so that one day Eddie and Narcho raised the hibs as the jefe shootcaller. Hibs he is a very intelligent child therefore Eddie did not waste to lift Hibs as the shootcaller or commonly called the right hand of Eddie and Narcho. Since the arrival of Hibs in Willowfield, the Barrio has been visited by crowds with the aim to buy a tool hip hop tools, porn magazines, liquor, and also food mexico or commonly called "Brystall Barrio". The incident began with the suggestion of a shootcaller, Montse Hibram or called Hibs. And Eddie also made a very interesting word for 18th, "E" for Eddie "H" for Hibs "N" for Narcho and an "E-H-N" for the connection of the hands to form the letter for " Eighteen "in up.
