In another time , The Cali's members was spread out all across the worldwide.The Cali Cartel was a based in southern Colombia around the city of Cali and the Valle Del Cauca Department The Cali Cartel was founded by the Garcia's brothers, Connors Garcia as well as associate Jose Santacruz.
