Los Santos - At 10th August of 2013, The Los Santos Police Department raid a House at Marina. They found two Heavy weapon and the owner, Vasily Kostomarov. Vasily Kostomarov because of Drug and Human Trafficking, Several Arson and 'The Dillimore Massacre' the massacre caused the death of 10 civillians. He was found in the House were having a dinner with his Family. The Department already have a warrant to search the house and a warrant to Arrest Vasily because the Massacre evidence have Vasily's goon fingerprint and they admid that Vasily ordered them to kill the civillian. When we interviewed a Police Officer, he stated that they not only arrested Vasily, but they Arrested a guy named Kenichi Fujiwara. When they checked Kenichi's car, there's a kilo of Cocain that read to distribute. The LSPD Intel said that Kenichi is Vasily's business partner for Drug Trafficking. "Yes we were shocked that Kenichi's is in the house, we didn't expect that he's went to Vasily house. Because we have a warrant for Kenichi too" Said Detective Anderson. Vasily Kostomarov shows right, Kenichi Fujiawa shows left. Both of them now is at Los Santos Police Department for interrogation, the weapon and the cocain already seized by the authority. This case is very rare because Smuggling is relatively low within San Andreas due to naval ships patrolling the waters regularly however the question still remains how as to this quantity of merchandise was able to step foot within the state.

One week after Kostomarov's boss got jailed, Vasily's son Vladimir continues the family business and his father's crime ring. Then Vasily's trusted man Artyom helps Vladimir continue the crime ring. Both of them rebuild the family that destroyed by the authority, they started several legal business and several ilegal business. They expand the family business and recruits some small time thug for protecting their business, legal nor illegal. ((Story will be continue with IC event)) Drug. A month has passed after they rebuild the family. Vlad's new member, Chenkov. Decide to build a Drug Factory. Vlad's goons found a great place for creating a Factory, Palomino Creek. After they found it, they bought several house near there and built a factory. This factory makes a lot of effect for a street racing crew near there. Vlad tried to make a truce with them, but they denied it. That's made Vlad angry, Artyom and Chenkov made a great plan to warn them. They ask a thug to kidnapp one of them and they killed the racer.
