From the beginning, this club has been the Motorycle Law Enforcement Club. The club has become a national organization that is a symbol of honor, integrity, loyalty and respect among its members, fellow law enforcement, and society._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Shark A Village Tripp starts the first chapter in a residential or shop area that does not yet have an owner or has not been built, led by Cliffton Collins and his friend Aldrich Lockhart. That's when Cliffton decided to meet with friends who used to live before they parted. Apparently, his friend is currently poor, and they hope Cliffton will have some kind of plan where they will work together to build a business. They will come to participate in building a new place for their business, where they begin their first movement at Blueberry. They also want to build a community filled with lesser motorcycle enthusiasts, where they will consider those who join them as friends and colleagues._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ PRESIDENT Peres is the leader of this chapter. He is a club figure and usually a spokesperson when dealing with the media. Cliffton is the chairman atthe club meeting. PRESIDENTIAL TIME The vice president is the second person in charge and fills in when the president is not around. Deputy Cliffton is often the heir to leadership clubs although this is not always the case. The secretary is responsible for the clubs paperwork. He keeps minutes of meetings and records dates of significant events, such as anniversary dates (when prospects gain their patch). It’s his job to keep members informed of upcoming events. The secretary is usually responsible for keeping records of club. The treasurer is the chapters’ money-man and he’s in charge of collecting club fees, run funds etc and paying the bills. The treasurer is responsible for collecting any debts owed to the clubs and usually gets the job of checking out business opportunities prior to any decisions being made. The treasurer is usually the person who handles the proceeds of a clubs activity. The positions of secretary and treasurer are often combined. ROAD CAPTAIN Most motorcycle gangs have a position known as Road Captain. He is in charge of logistics during a club run. PROSPECT A prospect is a “prospective” member of the club who is yet to earn his patch.
