''Kuncoro'' Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 BEGINNING This community was formed in 1899 with considerable members and is chaired by Bobby and his little friend. Bobby is a drug dealer from a small town called California who came to Los Santos with his friend Rocklins. Rocklins is his friend Bobby since childhood, they are always together and Rocklins is also working with Bobby to sell drugs. After three years they sold weapons and other illegal goods. At that time Bobby and Rocklins and his friends were partying drugs at his home Bobby and without them knowing Bobby's house had been surrounded by a lot of police and ready to catch them all. Bobby, who wants to use the shabu to see and hear the sound of cans that fall from outside the house and Bobby immediately realized the arrival of the police and he told Rocklins that there was a police officer in front of them and they ran running from the house and Bobby members were caught. Only Bobby and Rocklins managed to escape from the police and they recruited new members in Los Santos. CHAPTER ONE 98th Black Scooter Motorcyle is a youth group of average age still nineteen years old and chaired by Rocklins who has been given his position as chairman. Rocklins was given the title of chairman Bobby who was jailed for five years in a prison near Dillimore. Bobby was arrested by police in Flint County when he wanted to ride his own bus after from Las Vegas picked up illegal items like cocaine and Rocklins learned of the incident by one member of the 98th Black Scooter Motorcyle. Upon hearing the story Rocklins feels sad that his own friend who has been fighting from a child has been arrested by the police. After the incident Rocklins was very upset with the police and Rocklins continued to recruit new members and wait for Bobby to come back again.
