1. What's IC is IC. Don't use OOC excuses for IC matters. If you want to talk about expanding Role Play, I will gladly announce that the whole Las Venturas, Fort Carson, and other is mine since I want to expand Role Play by creating a dancing event at oil factory. Then I will ask mappers to put a big gate around it so that people want to enter it must pay $10,000.
