William Doyle is a classic car lover, he loves classic cars since he was given a Hermes Car by his grandfather who loved William. The Hermes car was owned by his grandfather since William was not born, before the car was inherited to William, his grandfather often told stories about a classic car lovers group in his time called Classic Cars Club Los Santos. His grandfather told all his experiences to William, Grandfather William hoped after he told all his experiences to William. William will be interested in gathering people or friends who also love classic cars like his grandfather. William was looking for his college friend who has a classic car and loves classic cars, after a few weeks William has gathered 5 classic car lovers and often gather together. Then William thought to give the name of this association, without thinking about it longer William immediately spoke to his friend to name this association as SACC or San Andreas Classico Cars. William thought of naming it because they lived in San Andreas, his friends agreed and finally created a classic car association called San Andreas Classico Cars.

Chapter 1: Publish The San Andreas Classico Cars
After getting the name for this association with William as Chairman and his friend Joaquin as his loyal representative along with his members namely friends of William and Joaquin.
They all finally discussed to inform all citizens of San Andreas so that this association has more members, all agreed and immediately made posters about this association. After the posters were printed, they all scattered and put up posters in every corner of the city.

Chapter 2: Many classic car lovers want to join the organization
After a few days later when William and his members were gathered in an ordinary gathering place. Many people who came with his classic car, William and his members smiled happily because it was not in vain of his struggle to put up posters in every corner of the city. Then everyone who had parked his classic car immediately approached William and asked to accept him to join the San Andreas Classico Cars, William approved him and immediately made him a new member.

Chapter 3: Provides direction and information about San Andreas Classico Cars
After William received everyone who came as new members, William and the old members immediately gave direction to his new members about San Andreas Classico Cars. After all the new members understood William invited all members to discuss about how the continuation of this association. Joaquin as the representative of this association also proposed the idea of holding the first convoy by going around the city with new members so that the townspeople would know more about this association.

Chapter 4: San Andreas Classico Cars Become an Illegal Society
The next day after everyone agreed to hold a convoy around the city, all the members gathered in the usual field where they gathered and started from the field to finish in the field again. But the convoy did not go well, because Joaquin, William's deputy, drove recklessly and used nitro. Then the police saw him and chased after all the members of San Andreas Classico Cars. Several members were captured and his car was confiscated by the police. Members who were not captured went straight back to the usual place, William as the chairman was very angry and upset with Joaquin. After William arrived there were already many members who were not captured gathered together with Joaquin, William also scolded Joaquin and wanted to get him out of San Andreas Classico Cars. But William thought Joaquin was a loyal friend who accompanied William from the beginning to establish this association, finally William decided to make this association an illegal association.

- SACC adalah organisasi atau perkumpulan ILEGAL
- SACC juga merupakan organisasi yang sangat sensitif bila di jelek jelekan oleh organisasi lain jadi bisa saja perang bersenjata.
