On the main street of Playa del Seville, there is a group of young adults who grew up together from childhood in a group called Ballin' Money Family, or BMF for short, from adolescence to when they were imprisoned when they were only 18 years old. They are often caught selling drugs in their neighborhood, and it is not uncommon for them to be seen by the LSPD. However, they often ran away from the LSPD's pursuit. Jayvon Hughes and DaVion Carver lead the gang, some friends assist them they made while in prison, those people are Cody Oates, Franklin Finch, and DaVinch Howell. Long before that Jayvon and DaVion promised that together with their friends they would climb the top of the BMF rank. By the time they got out of prison, they had realized their dream. Currently, they live together around Playa del Seville, selling drugs and illegal weapons to survive, but they cover it up by opening several legal businesses so as not to be easily detected by the police. ((This thread will focus on the character development of BMF's high councils,no metagaming would be tolerated.))
