It was concluded that the company would build a project called Little Tokyo located on East Los Santos. This area will be built to resemble an urban atmosphere in Japan. This construction aims to attract people's interest because in the future there will be many entertainment businesses that will be opened. As the person responsible for the Little Tokyo construction process, Hanna Takara chose the contractor from Yuugure Company because of their excellent track record. Spoiler

This faction expects its players to focus on their characters and how they evolve.
