Zuqal123 Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 East Side Locos 13, also known as ESL 13 is a Mexican-American criminal street gang organized in Los Flores, Los Santos. The ESL 13 has been around since the early 2021s and considered with their sets of Surenos 13. Prologue El Corona residence - 30-year-old Lopez Escobar, better known on the streets as Guerro or El Guerro, is a former member of a famous gang from the El Corona called South Side Aztecas XIII with their representation of Surenos. Guerro is one of the most respected members of the era, and he even served as a shot-caller to the gang. On 18 August 2018 - El Guerro was caught doing drug transactions in the El Corona area, and he had been captured by a detective named Salcedo. Guerro doesn't know is that his customer was a detective. The detective immediately secured Guerro on the spot by calling backups from the police department. Guerro had subjected to the penal code section 3 Ilegall Drugs (3) A. Possessing of illegal drugs. Guerro's getting imprisoned for ten months. However, a policeman increased his sentence to two years and transferred him to the San Andreas Correctional Facility (SACF) prison. It was because he had made trouble inside the prison cell of the Los Santos Police Department. Guerro had a moment to meet some of his old friends from the Mexican Mafia or better known as La eMe. Most of the La eMe group have a more prosperous life inside the prison than outside the streets. That is because the group can control activities outside the prison, especially for the street control. In other words, this group is involved in various criminal activities both inside and outside the prison system. Guerro then entered with their plan for controlling outside of the prison after being released in 2021. The Beginning After Guerro was released from the San Andreas Correctional Facility prison, he decided to return to his residence in the El Corona area. He returned to his home because he had a plan that he was following in the prison before. But, at that place, there was no activity shown by his gang called Surenos. That's because the population of El Corona has wholly changed. That is because the residents of El Corona, who are Mexican nationals on average, were evicted by the arrival of people from Italian nationalities and African people who had controlled the area that Mexico previously populated. In 2018, it coincided with the time when Guerro was in jail. This gang was takedown by the group from SWAT and FBI, which reduced the population from Mexico, and there are even ordinary citizens from the Mexican race affected even though these residents did not participate in any activities carried out by the Surenos gang. January 12, 2021 - After seeing the incident in the El Corona area, Guerro moved to Los Flores, which is in the East Los Santos area, intending to evacuate himself to his friend apartment named El Grifos, which he used to be an enemy when he was still on the street life. However, that problem has been done with a good relationship when they met in SACF, where their gang has arranged in leadership called La eMe (Mexican Mafia). For approximately two weeks, Guerro lived there alone until he found a group of young people still hanging out with school status. He approached that young group, intending to offer a drug that was still left while still living in El Corona. He moved that drugs contain a half kilogram to the apartment of Los Flores. And then he tries to offer those products on the youngest group amount of 20 grams. In the end, those young people who initially did not know anything about drugs bought the item in Guerro's hands. Until one of these young men was interested in consuming more, that person named Gabriel Campos (20 years old). Given the circumstances, Guerro swiftly attracted Gabriel as his business partner in selling the drugs by working as a drug courier. Season 1: Los Campos Hermanos Early February of 2021, Gabriel Campos the only apprentice of El Guerro. Declared a territory claiming in Los Flores, Eastern-part of Los Santos. The three main-rows of apartment became his main-turf, with the help of his identical twins Miguel Campos, they proclaimed the clique of gang under La eme mafia, the southerners / known as Surenos / the blue mexicans. Their territory are famous as 'La Blue Garden'. Where most of the immigrant students live in the same area. The place that they claimed coincidentally was 10 metres away from an university named "San Pedro University". San Pedro university was a small-university funded by the San Andreas Government, most of the students who studies in the place were a local of east Los Santos civilians. Registered with mostly Americans, Afro-Americans, and hispanic students. Professor Abu Jabar Al Qadir were the one who has the biggest interest on making the local Los Flores kids to become an academic talented student. It happened to be Saulo Cardenaz, a local teenagers who happened to be known in the university had a good relations with Gabriel. Miguel who thought that this was a good opportunity to slang his drugs supplies to the university students, convinced Gabriel to befriend with Saulo, and took advantage to claim the students as his member. During his process of building the roots of Surenos gang named 'East Side Locos-13' Gabriel faced a-lot of new faces of locals like Santacruz twins, Trujillo brothers, and many other local students. Firstly as a fresh-start Gabriel taught Saulo everything he knew about the underworld and how to live as one barrio, to defend themselves from the other turf. Second plan was to convince the other students to go down with the same way as Saulo did. The Campos brother were the roots of the family that taught every each students the gang-clique. Season 2: Puro Sur Trece Summer of March 2021, Gabriel Campos a notorious leader of Surenos Gang or known as the locals of Los Flores ‘Blue Garden’ rural settlement. Born and molded in the street led and conquered each member and rised his own clique by the power of muscle, tears, blood and respect. Hands by hands with his trusted comrades, The Thirteen Locos were famous and well-known for their gang based criminal-activities which includes assault batteries, burglary, drug transacting, vandalism and blood consequenced violences. In the western part of the East Los Santos, Los Surenos built a bridge of relations between the Rockabeast Motorcycle Club and the Asian Rascals to help and empower their main goal as to conquer the teritorial war battle between the many gang-cliques in the Los Santos. As one of the former ally from the Northern Side or known as Piru Bloods Avenue commited betrayal to one of the Surenos member The Locos declared themselves as an independent gang without any bound from any Afro-American sets. The main idea of the movement were to be economically and functionally independence. Fueled by the ideas of keeping more latinos away from the jail-cell by the early of March the youth of the Surenos started a local cigarillo store and a bicycle workshop to fulfill their daily needs.
