The Local Police Department of Justice defines the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs often known as OMGs is to be considered amongst the most prolific and unpredictable criminal organization in the west coast district. The majority of the member ranks were involved in illegal activity, including violent crime to very large-scale weapons and drugs trafficking. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The scene opens in 2006, when a group of young American Harley Davidson enthusiasts started to congregate at a workshop in Nevada region. Cults Outlaw Motorcycle Gang was established by them over time. Cults is an outlaw MC that has had it's routes stucked in Humboldt County, Nevada since their formation in 2006. Expansion has been seen from the club since their forming. Two charters are known to be settled along the west coast of the USA. Known by their controversy name and club colors, Cults MC has kept a quite tight fist in their recruitment, allowing only the most dedicated, loyal, and worthy individuals to their member ranks. Operated under the radar for the most of their lifespan, their movements are well-organized when engaging in criminal activities with their motorcycles, yet this hasn't shielded them from occasional clashes and violent confrontations with other groups such a Faggots MC, Bandits MC, and frequent run-ins with local gangsters have left them uneasy facing local law enforcement. In mid-2012, John Napalm (Original President), Hobart Plant (Original Member) and Jerry Kessler (Member) were suspetced in the planned kidnap and murder of a Bandits MC Tail Gunner who was escort and deliver a massive shipment of arms through the Cults territory. After long, hard and expensive legal battles, only Kessler was released without charges. Tom Jarus took up the reigns of President after the imprisonment of Napalm. Jarus proved to be a reliable leader and derived the club into more avenues of profit paths and expansion, boasting of massive incomes and recruitment. Expeditionary forces were sent along the west coast to form new chapters and organise patchovers among smaller clubs. Evidenced by their growing numbers, the clubs been exerted pressure on the Faggots and Bandits in the dark trade around Nevada, escalating tensions and conflicts in the city. With the increasing population and their numbers, Cults MC began to lay the groundwork to claim Nevada for their own. They are known by the most sought person on the city police's list because they frequently participate in theft, illegal racing, street robberies, and other criminal activities. They are renowned for their daring criminal deeds as well as their exceptional motorcycle riding skills. They frequently take part in violent street battles, illegals street racing, and bank robbery. But despite all the savagery, this motorcycle gang upholds high moral standards. They may commit in crimes, but they won't betray one another. The most prohibited of these are betrayal. In October 2023, Tom Jarus was arrested and charged with the brutal murder, featuring scorching wounds of Jim Hetfield, the Bandits' President, during a clash at their clubs. Otto Gunner, the Vice President, stepped into the club's leadership role after the incident accompanied by Rusty Hurst in safeguarding the club's sustainability and economic stability. Jarus' actions served as a war sign, prompting other Bandits members to launch a retaliatory attack by blown up the Cults clubhouse. The motorcycle gang war that raged in Nevada had begun, and all charters of the club were called to gather in support of their respective clubs. Although Cults MC was the aggressor in this gang war, they took heavy hits and lost crucial club members. Jeff Weller, the sergeant at arms, got kidnapped and murdered by the Bandits members. The secretary of the club got nabbed too, facing charges for whacking a Faggots firearms dealer. Several other members got arrested and charged for crimes tied to the Nevada motorcycle gang war. After the raids on all involved motorcycle clubs, the leaders of each sat down, hashed it out, and agreed to call off the club-to-club feud. Gunner representing the club at that meet as Cults VP. But that deal only happened on paper, some remaining Cults members from the clubhouse bombardment incident still hold deep-seated grudges against the Bandits. Their wild instincts led the club into another dark scheme. Gunner led the club into a massive murder plan at a Bandits MC party in their clubhouse. Through the back door, strapped by automatic weapons, indiscriminately shot everyone on the premises. Unplanned, two Faggots members attend the party were also killed, putting Cults into significant trouble. By December 2023, The Cults lost their claim to the state of Nevada due to attacks and pressure from both the Bandits and the Faggots MC. By early January 2024, Tom Jarus got parole owing to his solid ties with the local chief sheriff. The Cults had been seriously damaged, these last years have seen the rest of the club faltering, with the loss of the war in Nevada. Jarus, Gunner and the rest members of the club high ranks started rebuilding it from the ground up with the rest of club funds. The Cults slowly find their way back, Jarus took a lead to manoeuvring the club to moved Nevada-based chapters to settle down the new mother chapter in San Andreas. The most older members agreed, with some older ones opting to keep the Nevada cuts and a few become Nomad. Cults MC still exerts influence in Nevada, but their wings and reach is much diminished from their days of West Coast domination. In mid February, the new mother chapter of Cults MC was officially established and occupied by this group in the West Rockshore of San Andreas. It seems likely that once again Cults MC is attempting to rebuild and reconnect to expand their reach to former areas of influence, keeping the right of their club to exist. IN THE NAME OF TRAGEDY May, 2014 The Cults MC was suspected of executing a large-scale gun and narcotics deal during the police raid that occurred late at night in the West Coast district. Because of the evidence, three members of the Cults MC were taken into custody. March, 2018 The day of the massacre that happened throughout the day at the bar in the Nevada area is one that we will never forget. Nine persons were killed in a firefight, two of them were locals. This incident marked the pinnacle of the West Coast motorcycle gang conflict. June, 2022 The dispute between Cults MC and Bandits MC is thought to have triggered a brawl between two men in a bar in the Nevada area. Evidence is strong that authorities have named the Cults MC as accomplices. October, 2023 The previous night's calm was shattered on Saturday morning when a powerful explosion rocked the Cults MC clubhouse. Jarus and Gunner cult members among others fled their destroyed fortress amidst chaos and panic. Even though they were seriously injured, they tried to live and sought shelter from constant danger. However, there was optimism when the police car sirens started sounding. The bomb squad and paramedics who were preparing to help the victims were brought in by local police not long after they arrived. The inspection process begins while the debris is still hot. The explosion was carried out by rival motorcycle gangs, Faggots MC & Bandits MC, with the explicit aim of annexing territory controlled by Cults MC, based on evidence found by the police. Ambition to expand power and the need for revenge were the drivers of this disaster. It's been a year since the new CULTS chapter set its roots down in the western part of Rockshore. Structures shifted, plans redefined, all to solidify the club's. Rockshore had always been a quiet place, peaceful in its insignificance. But peace is just another word for ignorance, and it didn’t take long for CULTS to break through that silence. They threw a party, of course. These types always do. It wasn’t just a celebration, it was a warning flare, a reminder to everyone who had forgotten what a club like this could mean. Word about CULTS spread fast, faster than the music that played that night. Other clubs got wind of it. Caspians MC, Mayahuel MC, they showed up too. They all wanted a piece of what was coming. Thing is, once you pull people into something like this, there’s no going back. You don’t welcome them into a party. You welcome them into the storm. In this new chapter, Jarus proved that the club’s expansion was more than just a fantasy; it became a cold reality. CULTS gathered a network of connections that reached into the shadows; drugs, arms, underground boxing security, even the transportation of illicit goods. These ties became the fuel that pushed them forward, leading them deeper into a world that blurred the lines between ambition and putrefaction. They as well unveiled their custom garage business. Jarus handed it over to Davey, Sergeant at Arms and a proficient mechanic. Knowing that in his hands, it could either flourish or crumble, just like everything else in this unforgiving world. While everything was fruitful and blossomed, Ostin, one of the members, sparked a fire that swallowed the club, a total chaos. Internal scandals that pushed Jarus to completely burn down one of the Cults' charter along with several figures who were in on the betrayal against the main branch. The road for CULTS was anything but straightforward; it twisted and turned, like Nietzsche once said, ‘One must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star.’ Jarus officially launched the club’s garage business to the public, calling it Angry Cocks Motorwork, or simply AC's. The high number of customers coming to the garage led Gunner, Davey, and Reeves to make a deal with the owner of an abandoned warehouse in Venturas. They used it to store illegal spare parts and bootleg items they obtained through suppliers or stolen goods. Davey, as the head mechanic, trusted Hughes to run the warehouse. The first three months after CULTS moved their new chapter didn’t free them from the shadow of old conflicts left to simmer in Nevada. It was all just a ticking time bomb, waiting to go off. That day, Faggots MC came knocking on CULTS' back door again, a brutal attack that left one member and one prospect dead. When the news of their deaths reached the club, everything changed. Whatever plans they had fell away, replaced by a gloomy tribute to the fallen. The air was thick with the weight of loss. Two brothers gone, yet the world kept spinning. The plans for retaliation against Faggots MC were all laid out on the table, ready to go. But Davey, the Sergeant at Arms, had a different, wilder idea in mind. With nothing but his instincts, he carried out a night of terror on his own, taking lives one by one in the dark. It wasn’t just revenge, it was personal. After that bloody night, the club decided to close the gates on the war between CULTS and Faggots, at least for now. But you know, blood has a way of seeping through locked doors. Sooner or later, it always comes back around. What was next step for CULTS after such a huge hit to their structure and reputation? Historically, this chapter has been the center of the violence that CULTS weaves for its members. The conflicts they faced didn’t cause them to lose control, nor did it strip away their identity. Their reputation as a relentless group still stands strong, continuing to grow so that their foundation doesn’t crack. The internal clashes are seen as sparks that keep the fire of CULTS MC burning, ensuring their presence in Rockshore and beyond. Rumor has it, they’re ready to expand further across San Andreas, driven by the thirst for money and power—the true driving force behind these outlaws. As they say, ‘The only loyalty you need is to the patch on your back.’ For CULTS, that patch represents survival at any cost. The genesis of the Nevada chapter drifted into the San Andreas Mother Chapter like desert dust through cracked windows. Tom Jarus came as envoy, and when the gavel fell, it struck with the weight of tectonic shift. The Mother Chapter returned to Nevada soil, its ancient home, while Oregon and San Andreas raised their own banners as sovereign charters. Power and brotherhood met in that moment, baptized in fires stoked by an old hunger: the hunger for territory, for coin, for the map bleeding with their colors. "In the desert, I saw a creature, naked, bestial, who, squatting upon the ground, held his heart in his hands, and ate of it." (Stephen Crane). Willowfield sprawled before them, a Los Santos labyrinth dense with possibility. The Cults moved quietly at first: a bar here, a garage there, small footholds in urban soil. But ambition has its own scent, and it drew the Gehanna MC from Montgomery's shadows. The Gehanna boys wanted their piece of the same earth. To the Cults, this was no sunrise to admire. It was meat on the bone, dripping and raw. They came to Gehanna wearing diplomacy like silk, speaking of shared prosperity and mutual gain. But the Cults saw bottom-feeders in a stagnant pond, not brothers. The deal was bait, swallowed whole by the foolish. They played the line with patience, not to reel it in quickly, but to let it rot in darkness of their own making. When the moment came, Norrie Hughes and Daniel Urena moved like smoke. Gehanna's strongholds burned, then the authorities were called to clean the bones. Broken and nameless, Gehanna disappeared. In their place: the Willowfield branch of the Cults. The West Coast was theirs. "I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams." (W.B. Yeats). ‎ But they did not tread softly. Expansion draws eyes. The Caspian MC arrived without ale or warmth, only steel and arrogance. They claimed Los Santos as birthright and demanded tribute: a cut of all Cults earnings for the "privilege" of breathing their air. It was extortion dressed as destiny. Negotiation didn't fail. It detonated. Bullets found limbs. Blood painted the floor. Caspian didn't just wound them; they burned away the last thread of restraint. The open hand curled into a fist. In the grim arithmetic of the underworld, a pair of severed fingers from a Caspian boy became the newest merchandise, a reminder that hubris has a price. "Between the idea and the reality, between the motion and the act, falls the Shadow." (T.S. Eliot) Then they found Norrie Hughes dumped like trash before the Holycunts Bar. His body was a canvas of bruises, cuts, and lead. Retaliation, the streets whispered. But to the Cults, it was desecration. A violation of the patch. A debt that could only be paid in souls. At the funeral, the gavel struck again. Tom Jarus claimed the National Presidency, his steady hand guiding the brotherhood's design across state lines. But for the Mother Chapter itself, a darker choice was made: Stephen Gora rose to power. A man of jagged edges and hollow depths. A psychopath whose cruelty knows no boundary, whose chest harbors no heart. Under Gora, grief became a weapon: cold, clinical, precise. Caspian's blood is no longer just a debt. Ballin' Money Family is a street gang based on the real-life gang itself, we aim to portray realistic street-drug trafficking crews on the JGRP server. BMF is contained by predominantly African-American young adults who usually hang out and stay around the Playa del Seville. BACKGROUND (1990-2010) During the 1990s, Playa del Seville was filled by more than one street gang who were involved in a battle for turf and sales of narcotics, after many years had passed, a man named Derrick Cooper saw the potential and aimed at improving the organization and outcome. Derrick became a respected drug lord in the community and later aspired to bring the opposing gangs together. It was easier for them to unite than to antagonize and accept the fact that their chances of survival would be better if they joined forces rather than fighting each other. Years passed, and by the end of 2010, Derrick managed to combine the two main sets that had operated in Playa del Seville to work for BMF (Ballin' Money Family), operating together on the streets and distributing his illegal drugs. Meanwhile, after the uproar that had taken place around Playa del Seville, two teenagers who were still at school decided to earn more cash by joining and becoming little dealers of BMF, selling around the outside of their school and neighborhood. These teenagers are Jayvon Hughes and DaVion Carver, after some time working for BMF, Derrick himself saw the ability of these two little boys who worked hard at their young age and decided to make them a small crew to spread drugs around the neighborhood. PRESENT DAYS (2020-now) By the end of 2020, the group was getting smaller as many members were caught while operating on the streets as well as those relaxing in their hideout apartments, not to forget the LSPD who made their days more troublesome in selling their products. It didn't take long for Derrick to realize it, he took to the streets himself to see how their big crews operated and Derrick found that most of them were incompetent. As the months passed, Jayvon and DaVion entered early adulthood, at the tender age of 18, they were expelled from school for being caught distributing drugs around the school. As more and more were caught by the LSPD, Derrick traveled out of town to lay low and entrusted the Playa del Seville scene to Jayvon and DaVion. Not believing this, the two of them immediately made a lot of decisions and consolidated some of the crew until they were left with just two parts. Jayvon and DaVion decided to work with a separate group so that the police could not easily catch them. Not long after that Jayvon and DaVion got busted for possessing illicit items, while inside the jail they met some people who shared the same interest in making money, these people were named Cody Oates, DaVinch Howell, and Franklin Finch. After a few months, they got released and later operated on their own, they have opened several small legal businesses such as a food stand and home studio as their money laundering platforms. EARLY 2023 Derrick was caught by the police using drugs at home and several other large drugs that he planned to sell on the street. After Jayvon realized this, he immediately realized that they were alone in Playa del Seville and that BMF would be finished if no one replaced Derrick. Jayvon stated that he and DaVion would be the ones to step up, starting from looking for new drug supplies and deciding to venture into the world of illegal weapons. After a year had passed, they were still the same and growing rapidly in number, they also started distributing their goods on a large scale. 3 months later, there was a drastic change in the activities of BMF, which was typified by a radical shift in operations at Playa del Seville. The music studio, known as STR8 HUSTLA Studio which started off as a small endeavor, became the core of their legitimate front. Cody was in charge of the operation, disbursing cash from the business as a cover. This decision came when the crew and high council realized they lacked good money-management skills. Even while putting such emphasis on legitimate operations, there were subtle signs that slowly turned the gang's focus toward expanding their network of connections. Jahmiah "Bat" Bates also was stealthily lending Black Syndicate support for maintaining businesses running, which were pulling up lower degrees of authority as these became less important with the shift of focus for the gangs. The change brought with it a strong element of change in their operational strategy, while some members took different approaches to making their presence known in the area, Jayvon, being characteristic, would build his connections quietly and keep most of this information to himself. On the other hand, Cody and DaVion just went ahead and made alliances, and all their efforts with networking were open to the rest of the crew. The loosening of Jahmiah's grip on the control led to the emergence of the chain of command, whereby Jaydon, Jevani, Darell, and Lucy started operating directly under Jayvon's command. Cody and DaVion made steady progress in forming solid bonds with the Thirty-Eight Gangsters and succeeded in even obtaining introductions to their higher leadership. Giancarlos Manzanares spearheaded this alliance, of which the respective efficacious responses were received from Cody and DaVion quite instantly. This blessing went unnoticed by Jayvon for almost two weeks until Cody and DaVion decided to let him in on their partnership. The announcement of such partnership stirred up quite a turmoil within the community. It was the most ruinous feeling for Jayvon, he was genuinely worried about gang-lowkey linking. Compounding matters, Cody and DaVion led crew members into something related to the Thirty-Eight Gangsters problem justified based on common challenges between BMF and Thirty-Eight Gangsters. A stark reversal from their low-profile operations. Jayvon's assessment raised further questions regarding the very basis of that partnership. While later addressing any suspicion with multilayered statements that their partnership came as a result of immediate necessity and common challenges, Jayvon had specific qualms basically about Giancarlos' motivations. Under fast attacks, such a conclusion sat on certain risks because the fine balance between parties was growing dangerously unstructured at a very high-speed pace. for this reason, the situation is full of problems. Whatever the internal tensions, the Thirty-Eight alliance, however, offered additional benefits and provided operational support, which redirected Cody and the others from less lawful activities of the leadership and left them free to engage in other activities more low-key. The crew members still moved mostly underground, trying to be between visibility and invisibility, Jayvon still considered himself uneasy about how deeply they went in with external partners. The very transition BMF began to work on turned other Playa del Seville operations complicated. What was once a simple project of creating cherished business fronts turned into a beast of alliances, internal tensions, and strategic decisions that were going to shape the organization in manners unimaginable to a single one among its members. BMF's MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME I. STR8 HUSTLA RECORDS This is a legal entity run by Osama “Ozzie” Malachi and his brother Caseem “Keem” Malachi, both of whom also act as producers. Ozzie released his first instrumental beat as his first debut, shortly after Ozzie released an instrumental, Ozzie received many offers from several artists who wanted to collaborate with him. Ozzie played a big role in the scheme run by DaVion “Dice” Carver and Jayvon “J-Pusha” Hughes, the label grew very fast and had an influential reputation. Besides, Ozzie and Keem didn't just succeed there, STR8 HUSTLA RECORDS opened a recording studio that also served as a gathering place for local artists. II. DOC's HOTDOG Another legal entity with the same role as a studio, Doc's Hotdog is a foodtruck run by Cody “Doc” Oates, Doc's foodtruck is a rental, the owner is Rhys Randall, the agreement was signed by Doc on September 17, 2024. Doc thought the hotdogs he sold were ordinary but since he started the business, they have become popular with the locals around the Playa del Seville area. Although Doc was a friendly person who served customers, it was just a mask he wore behind his true intentions. III. GLITTER TOES ENTERTAINMENT Another legal entity connected to the group, Glitter Toes Entertainment, operates as an event organizer and nightlife promoter. The company is run by Marvin "Sandman" Rivera, with support from Bruce "Juggernaut" Hanks and several insiders tied to the BMF West Coast scene. Known for hosting glamorous parties across Los Santos, the business serves as a front to launder money through ticket sales, VIP reservations, and sponsorship deals. With strong ties to the local nightlife, Glitter Toes quickly gained popularity among clubgoers, masking its true purpose behind flashing lights and loud music.

Grow Up In Violence Julian Erasmo is a young man who has mexican bloods on his blood flow, living in a complex called Ganton Avenue that filled with many crimes and rules violation. The surroundings made him different, from a little kid into the real one. Julian has a solid body build and good skill at defense himself just using both hands, that was earned after he did a lot exercises when he had a time after school. No good without some bad, of course Julian has a weakness. He just good at defense and not at fighting. He's oftenly lose agaisnt his school partner when he was between badblood with him. High school really impacted on his life, he always got into trouble, but from that.. at least he could learn some skills expecially in fighting. The locals knew him as the reseller, why is that? Because he used to hustling by resell some foods and beverages, and it was worked. He could earn enough money for himself although.. it's not much. He sometimes saw several criminals and punks that caused havoc around the street, he was little bit worried about it but he tried to ignore them and continue his daily. The LSPD also claimed the Ganton Avenue or they called it as Blue Ganton Flat as one of the most hood that have high criminal rate. Many LSPD's officer were sended into a mission to protect the civillian from the punks and criminals that oftenly being the headline in Los Santos. That also be the main reason why Julian Erasmo's very changed in the end after he's being an insider. __________________________________________________________________________________________ THE STORY OF EVIL-KLOWN Living in Ganton Avenue Project isn't easy, there's a gang that claimed that place as their teritorry. Julian had several encounters with them and sometimes telling them about his daily life, they were known that Julian just a local around the complex and not coming from their rival.. oh yea, they claimed themself as Playboys 13 or The Rabbit Gang He met a guy, an insider of the gang.. his name is Big Klown (platename). Big Klown, or Juan Macias is a real one for Julian. He taught him a lot about street gang and the survive skill to be alive on the neighborhood. As the time goes by, Julian was getting deep with the gang, he several times got involved in violents especially fighting and even gangwar and finally became an official member, he also earned "Lil Klown" platename after it. But in one day, Juan Macias founded dead in a war with 38th Street gang, the major rival of Playboys. __________________________________________________________________________________________ CASPER FROM EASTERN JECTS After the death of the big homies, Julian Erasmo was being sad but not for too long. He took himself back to the set and didn't want to surrend after the war. The whole set got surprised for the return of Danillo Palabra that had arrested by the LSPD for drugs trafficking but, he cameback. Julian finally encountered him and their relation grew up stronger. Danillo told Julian a lot about drugs that at the end, making him as the finest plug in the whole jects. Julian Erasmo, on his third deal with a crackhead suddenly got arrested as the cops have sniffed his motions and putting him into the jail. In the jail, he didn'tt surrender.. he oftenly hit the prison's gym and doing workout to keep his body in the shape. As he's got the parole, he finally returned back to the hood. He known that nobody left, his generation and his big homie have gone. There are just a few left. Finally, he forced himself to get closer with the youngies around the set. He was teaching them like Juan Macias who taught him in the past. After many and many youngies got taught by him, his name grew up stronger even though they didn't know his real name. A youngin finally called him by "Casper" which means he's the real one that everybody can rely on. Julian keep teaching them, giving advice or even just like invite them to vibing on Ganton Park, a place that near Ganton Avenue that also being the main spot where the crews hanging out. Danillo also heard about Julian's flow.. Julian also oftenly helped Danillo about hood-politics, hood-business and even managing the crews. Julian felt like Danillo is a big homie after Duante and Juan Macias dead. After the things he has done, Danillo ranked him up and putting him as his right hand. Julian has proven himself as the real gang-banger who live his life for the set and the gang too. __________________________________________________________________________________________ RETURN BACK TO THE GAME ((Updated 12/10/2024)) Thiago Rodarte founded dead around 56th street by two officers from LSPD that were lurking around. The news spreaded real quick to the whole set and made the homeboys shocked. Thiago Rodarte A.K.A Creeper was a crew of Julian Erasmo that being right hand of Julian to distributing A grade narcotics and was known for his good reputation as a loyal member. As the death of Thiago Rodarte, Julian had not any crew left to run the game, which forced him to recruit the youngies into the game. He putted down few names on the list, Hophead, Trooper, and Flamehead. Later, those names will be the newest crew of Julian Erasmo in the drug trafficking game. Julian also started to searching for his old partner from the Western Riders or mostly known as The Cassies for buying several kilos of cocaine. __________________________________________________________________________________________ BECOME AN O.G Danillo Palabra as known as Big Loco had lent over the leadership to Casper Erasmo and madehim the top-dog of Eastside Playboys. In present days, Casper Erasmo's currently laying on his top-dog position as he's also managing the third generation of the gang, also known as the newest and youngest generation of Eastside Playboys. Casper also expanded his relationship toward many other sets in LS. White Fence, Crenshaw Dirtbike, Money Family are few names that had built a quite strong relationship with the set. Some of Street Gang Detective officers also have relationships with Casper Erasmo.
