The first Primary Connection was established in a city in the United States obtained in the city of Chicago. Primero Connection Capital was reborn and this time it was made by the great boss William McDavey who was usually called as Will or Vey. William McDavey redeveloped the Primero Connection Capital which has not been established since 1970. William McDavey made several efforts for Primero Connection Capital in the city of Los Santos in November 2005. William made several companies in several areas in the city of Los Santos. One of them he made in East Los Santos, Playa, and also in Montogomery. William rearranged the rules in the Primary Connection Capital and even William added some new regulations in the Primary Connection Capital. William McDavey reinvented Primero Connection Capital with several of his relatives, one of which was Jarrett Jackson.
