$Dena_7730$ Posted August 23, 2024 Author Posted August 23, 2024 CHAPTER UPDATED On 8/10/2022 at 12:20 AM, Dena_7730 said: Not long after the Rascal-Higakizoku conflict, Nariyoshi made a pivotal decision to return Higanbana to its true identity as a Bosozoku Tribe. The beef with Rascal brought in a surge of new members, giving Nariyoshi the manpower he needed to rebuild. He started by establishing his own workshop, while Hasegawa negotiated a deal with the Tatsuyuki-Kai to acquire an empty building in Playa. The plan was to turn it into a bar and restaurant a front for their operations and a safe haven for their business. Hasegawa convinced the Yakuza that the place would serve as a secure location for storing and producing illegal goods, something Higakizoku sorely needed as their financial situation was still unstable. Nariyoshi had been making ends meet by selling small amounts of drugs, which allowed him to rent a space in Playa's dead end to build his workshop. Tatsuyuki-Kai agreed to acquire the building, but with a catch: Higakizoku needed to sell more than before. If sales didn't meet expectations, the Yakuza would take over the bar and restaurant business. Hasegawa, understanding the stakes, agreed to the deal and informed Nariyoshi that he would be busy with the bar for several months, leaving Nariyoshi to focus on building the workshop to support the Higakizoku Speed Tribe. Several months later, Tatsuyuki-Kai secured the building near the basketball court in Playa. They also acquired the surrounding field, turning it into a small park. Hasegawa became the manager of the bar, which also served as a front for producing crack, delivered weekly by the Tatsuyuki-Kai. Meanwhile, Nariyoshi handled arms dealing, with a basement under the bar designated for producing and storing guns and drugs. As the months passed, Nariyoshi and Hasegawa made substantial profits from their drug and arms dealings. However, a new problem arose: the Manoderecha MC from Palomino began poaching their customers. Despite not having the same numbers as the Manoderecha MC, Higakizoku decided to confront them, sparking a drug war. A month after Higakizoku's warning, Manoderecha MC invited them to an empty parking lot in San Fierro on August 17, 2023, for a negotiation. Both sides arrived armed, prepared for the worst. Nariyoshi tried to convince the Manoderecha leader to respect his Speed Tribe's territory, but the leader refused his offer. The situation quickly escalated into a shootout, turning the drug war into a full-blown gang rivalry. While Mano MC lost some of its members in the battle, Higakizoku managed to survive, with Nariyoshi emerging unscathed. He then formally declared Mano MC as their rival.
