After a considerable struggle and a wide range of conflicts, the group finally reaffirmed its territory. Langston irving is or better known as loco as the one who founded this organization and played an important role or contributed to the formation of this organization to this day. East Los Santos movement East Los Santos may be an area that is arguably not too located in the city center but has a fairly uplifting progress from an economic perspective, but also has a very, very high crime rate than other areas in Los Santos. One of them was Langston Irving, the person most wanted by the local police. Because he is known to have committed many crimes such as serial murder, rape, trafficking of illegal firearms and drugs and burglary of luxury homes, etc. July 05, 2019 Langston Irving was caught by the local police while he was working as a steam car wash in one of the East Los Santos areas. Langston Irving did the job as a cover to cover up his illegal activities. But unfortunately fate said another. Langston Irving was caught and sentenced to life in prison for the actions he had done so far. December 25, 2020 After the incident of Langston Irving's arrest, the Eastside 21st Crips Gang experienced a disbandment, until finally an old friend of Langston Irving named Najeem Mason took the initiative to take steps to continue what Langston Irving had ordered him. Najeem Mason, is the person who replaces Langston Irving, who takes care of all activities related to the streets. Najeem Mason did not necessarily take the position Langston Irving left behind, but Langston Irving had told him that one day Langston Irving was caught or possibly killed by rivals or police targeting him. Najeem Mason also has experience in the field sector and does not alone monitor all the activities that occur but is assisted by his peer named Luther Tail. So all the details that allowed the activities they carried out to leak into the apparatus' ears had been anticipated by Najeem himself. Keeping clean and tidy all the activities they do have been the hallmark of this group for a long time. The two of them worked hand in hand until in the end they had enough people hanging out around the East Los Santos area and continuing what Langston Irving had built long ago.
