Saya membutuhkan refund karena:

Saya kehilangan komponen yang saya taruh di dalam garasi pribadi milik saya sebanyak 3400 unit komponen, saya tidak tahu kenapa bisa hilang (pintu garasi selalu saya tutup), kejadian ini terjadi sebanyak 2 kali (mungkin lebih, saya tidak menghitungnya). Saat pertama kali terjadi saya mengabaikannya karena tidak terlalu merugikan saya sendiri, dan kesekian kalinya kejadian ini terjadi kembali dan akhirnya saya mengumpulkan bukti-bukti Screenshoot ketika saya kehilangan komponen saya, saya harap Screenshoot yang saya berikan ini cukup untuk melakukan refund.

NOTE : kejadian ini terjadi beberapa hari yang lalu dan saya mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang ada, saya baru buat form request refund ini karena beberapa hari yang lalu saya tidak bisa membuatnya karena sibuk.

1. Tanggal 30 Desember 2020, siang hari sekitar pukul 12:00, saya mengecek sisa komponen di garasi lalu menyetor komponen yang saya bawa dengan Towtruck ke dalam garasi, menjadikan total komponen yang disimpan di garasi sebanyak 1650 unit

2. Dan pada 2 Januari 2020 pukul 03:00 dini hari, saya menyetor komponen yang saya bawa dari Towtruck sebanyak 1750 unit (disini saya tidak mengambil SS bukti kehilangan komponen di garasi saya)
