The most infamous business in the organization is Drugs, Weapons and Property. The organization also run in trafficking, hijacking, and money laundering activity. Lucas Jose Moreno was a professional, he was the head marketing of a company that runs in luxury property and penthouse agency. His work ethic and achievement is such an inspiration for all of his friends in the company, the managament notices something on Lucas that day and decided to promote him to a higher rank. After he learned how the business run and how the deal is created, he retired from the company and started to establish his own company named Merdella Agency, it takes 5 years for Jose to monopolize the property business in the city, with a help of top class management and local mobs on his side, Merdella Agency is one of the most notorious company in luxury housing and property in Morelia, Mexico. One day, one of Merdella Agency's office was burned down by some unknown groups, Lucas Jose Moreno hired some police officers and a detective to track this case as a team. after weeks of working on the case, the team finally cracked the case, It turns out the unknown groups that burned down one of his office were the local mobs, the same local mobs that Jose hired to protect his business. Jose found out that one his rival in property business worked together with his old company and the local mobs to monopolize the city in every sector incl. Drugs, Property, and Firearm. Since then Lucas Jose Moreno flied out some of his friends and relations that have a criminal record and have a big name in /the game/ to his place in order to help his business grow, and work together as an organization that will monopolize the city. Jose never miss any details, he was a genius and a mastermind, he knows every role in the street, and every part of it, he knows how to reach the deal in every business and with the help of his friends and relations, he started to expand his business in illegal sectors such as Drugs and Firearms. Lucas Jose Moreno chooses the name "Mersian" for his organization, no one knows the meaning and story behind of the name, and no one knows why Lucas Jose Moreno choose Mersian over a million name to represent his organization, even his own family. Mersian is a well-structured organization that runs in illegal and legal business, every person in the organization have their own role, and their own code of ethics. Lucas Jose Moreno managed the business with the help of his capo on every sector, he puts someone based on their experiences and professionalism, he also choose someone who is close to him, and able to run the business, but the main thing above all is loyalty. Mersian knows how to treat all of their member, and how to behave them if they deviate, and tame them if they go wild. After 5 years passed, dozens of war and hundreds of deals been made, Mersian finally managed to monopolize the city and every part of it, including the goverment, local business and local organization. Mersian also manage their relationship with some cartels, mobsters and gangsters to maintain the relation and business on the run. In 1963 Mersian is being watched by the United States goverment after drugs transaction and trafficking to USA, and money laundering in dollars and responsible for creating 10 billions of fake money in USD (59,99%) and peso (39,99%). The US Goverment cooperate with the Federal goverment of Mexico to capture Juan Sanchez Montoya (the underboss of the company, ex. exec. director of Riley Energy and owner of 14 gas stations across Moreila and New Mexico. In 1965, one of Lucas Jose Moreno’s Caporegime named Andreas Hernandez get busted by the US Enforcement in his way to Miami, Andreas in responsible for creating fake passport, drugs trafficking, armed bank robbery mastermind and 30000 Mexican tresspasser into the USA. After the execution of Andreas Hernandez, Mersian Mobster declared a war with the US Enforcement until now. After years of war with the US goverment and the Federal Goverment of Mexico, all the cartels and mobsters trying to takes advantages from it. Dozens of incidents happens to the organization, such as caporegimes getting captured and killed, business getting burned down, and treat from the society controlled by the local cartels and mobs. In 1966, after all the storm and rough ocean trying to bash and drown Jose with his Organization, a bright sun appeared in the middle of the storm. Hilda Dolores Moreno the wife of Lucas Jose Moreno gave birth to a boy, Lucas and Hilda decide to named him Rodrigo Moreno, Rodrigo name is come from King Roderic, a famous ruler from Visighotic Kingdom, Lucas hopes that Rodrigo will be the better ruler for his life, family and the organization. Rodrigo grew up with Lucas and Hilda in Moreila, at the age of 5 he moved with his parents to USA because some Jose's business things, Rodrigo known as a calm kid, and a smart decision maker. In the age of 10, after getting back from his school, a mexican man come into the house and tell Rodrigo that his parents were death, both of them. Rodrigo didn't believe what the men said, Rodrigo who is a kid, being picked up by one of his father's friend to see his parents for the last time. After the incident Rodrigo raised by John Solomon, a friend of his father, the leader of the Organization after Jose passed away. In his teenager days, Rodrigo decided to join his deceased father's organization. At the age of 15, Rodrigo learns how the street speaks and how to taking chances and turns it to a prosper deal. At the age of 23, he is becoming one of the greatest deal-maker in the organization, all his achievements and works is dedicated to his deceased father. After convice that Rodrigo is mature enough, John Solomon come to Rodrigo and tell him the truth and the story about his father's life and death upon their parents. Rodrigo actually had been guessing for years that his father was a crime organization leader, but he always holds it, now he knows the truth. In 1996, Rodrigo moved to Los Santos in order to expand the business of the Organization, Rodrigo applied the same business methods as his fathers used to do, he managed the business and divide it into several sectors, illegal and legal, but most of the business is illegal. Rodrigo is clever and a decision-maker, with his dealing skills, the profit for the organization increases for almost 300% from the last year. In his regime, another reason why the profit is incredibly increased is because the organization is not only run in Property, Drugs and Firearm but also in Gambling, Bar/Liquor store, and also producing fake money, fake products, providing security and hitman services. But suddenly in the age of 17, Felix started to have an interest in business, he moved to California for his scolarship in Stanford University. He is taking Public Relation courses because he think with communication skills he can control people to fulfill his wish and to accept his deal. One at the time, Rodrigo asks Felix to meet him, he tells all the story about Moreno family, from his story to Lucas Jose Moreneo and the organization. After all that, the main reason why Rodrigo asks Felix to meet him is because he wants Felix to be his successor in the organization, Felix who don't have any intentions in a business like that (Illegal Business) need to accept his father requests because some family reason, he don't want to disappoint his father. The set known by locals with the name of Playa Boyz or 515 Playa, the locals also identified the organization as a gang and some law-breaking organization, but the member itself claimed the organization as a justice-warrior that fight for civil rights and against corrupted enforcer and goverment.
