The Kudryavtsev Organized Crime Group also known as the *Mafiya* operated primarily in Los Santos before establishing headquarters in the Rodeo district; they were likely the only Russian organized crime group in the city. They engaged in a wide range of criminal activities, including contract killings, arms and drug trafficking, murder, vehicle hijacking, illegal import-export operations, kidnapping, loan sharking, and cargo theft. Aleksandra "Don Toto" Kudryavtsev founded the group in 2000 alongside associates from a Russian army battalion comprising Chechen War veterans, former Soviet soldiers, and regular troops. By controlling the Southside of Los Santos, the group became a major player in the San Andreas drug and arms trades, additionally, they were involved in human trafficking, such as selling women to nightclubs. Their operations spanning loan sharking, illicit trade, and hijacking were so lucrative that they acquired a luxury mansion in Vinewood, generating weekly revenues of $15,000,000. This era marked their peak, which lasted until 2007, when Aleksandra "Don Toto" Kudryavtsev was arrested and imprisoned. Looking back to late 2007, Aleksandra Kudryavtsev orchestrated the murders of Falcon and Borsellin in Los Flores, the plan was successfully executed by several of his subordinates, including a hitman named Ivan "Roma" Romanovich. Two weeks after the killings, they were arrested at Aleksandra's luxury Vinewood residence during a raid by SWAT and FBI teams, Aleksandra, Romanovich, and their associates were detained and imprisoned, with Aleksandra receiving a 15 year sentence and Romanovich a 10 year sentence. During Aleksandra Kudryavtsev’s incarceration, the Kudryavtsev Organized Crime Group went into decline, they suffered for roughly a decade as connections vanished, arms and drug sales dwindled, finances worsened, and several front businesses were raided. The Kudryavtsev organization, and Aleksandra's own reign, slowly crumbled. In early 2008, Aleksandra attempted to run the organization from within prison, frequently smuggling out letters containing orders and information, while his subordinates did the same. The group tried to rebuild by seeking new suppliers and customers. Nikolai "Mr. Niko" Bogdanov and Sergei "Vuk" Suleimanov took charge of establishing connections, Nikolai reached out to his uncle, Alexei Tekarov a former Soviet operative leveraging Alexei's extensive network of contacts. Eventually, they established a connection with the Russian Bratva operating in New York to serve as a temporary supplier, called Serobyan Bratva. Initially, Aleksandra refused to enter into a relationship held back by his pride even amidst the hardships they faced but ultimately, he had no choice but to agree to forge a bond with the Serobyan Bratva. By mid 2017 the very year Ivan Romanovich was released the Kudryavtsev Organized Crime Group had achieved great economic stability and a steady flow of both weaponry and sales after nine years of cultivating ties with the Russian Bratva; one of their arms traffickers was Borislav "Bobo" Tyurin. Upon hearing this news while still incarcerated, Aleksandra was overjoyed and began plotting something far more ambitious: a massive smuggling operation coupled with large-scale corruption, centered around what he dubbed the "Teamsters Union" a labor union based at the Ocean Docks in Los Santos. This is where Roman "Rome" Baranov entered the picture; a man who thrived in the limelight and sought fame and entertainment, he spearheaded the Teamsters Union operations in Los Santos alongside his partner, Rintonov Androniki, a brilliant Russian architect. In early 2022, following Aleksandra Kudryavtsev’s release, the Teamster Union which had spent five years handling minor projects like building renovations and roadworks resumed its role managing the logistics of smuggling contraband via waterways and land routes. The Union had previously gone dormant for several years after Roman Baranov left for Saint Petersburg to pursue international work. Upon his release, Aleksandra knew he could not risk drawing police attention by maintaining a high profile, instead, he needed to pick leaders who would operate under his ultimate authority. Aleksandra and the rest of the Kudryavtsev Organized Crime Group placed their trust in Nikolai "Mr. Niko" Bogdanov and Sergei "Vuk" Suleimanov. Chosen for their loyalty, the pair was tasked with upholding the organization and restoring the Kudryavtsev group to its former glory in the Westside, Rodeo, and Los Santos areas their operational hub. They also launched new business ventures—specifically real estate and sports car sales led by Nikolai Bogdanov, who acted as a real estate agent. Meanwhile, Sergei Suleimanov focused on the arms trade, while he was not the highest person but only someone who can be called relied on, he carried out all the assassination missions on the South side, all of them were brave because they were children of Alexandra or known as "Don Toto". From 2025 onwards, they successfully ran the Kudryavtsev Organized Crime Group for three years under the leadership of Nikolai Bogdanov and Sergei Suleimanov. That same year, plans were made to rebuild the Teamster Union, spearheaded by the same individuals, Roman Baranov and his partner, Rintonov Androniki. Roman Baranov had quietly relocated from Saint Petersburg to Los Santos after spending nearly a decade working in international trade and corporate logistics. While his professional background could be verified through former colleagues and business records, Roman rarely discussed his years in Russia beyond what was necessary. Those who knew him agreed on one thing. He had arrived with experience, connections, and a level of discipline that couldn't be explained by office work alone. The real estate company remains operational under the leadership of Nikolai Bogdanov who serves as the primary real estate agent, while Sergei Suleimanov continues to manage arms trafficking operations. By 2025 and 2026, the Kudryavtsev Organized Crime Group has achieved significant economic stability; the group has established various front businesses for money laundering and cultivated extensive connections within LS. Ivan Romanovich oversees human trafficking, specifically managing the sale of women to nightclubs. Borislav Tyurin, a subordinate of Sergei Suleimanov, operates as an arms runner and dealer for the Kudryavtsev group under Sergei's supervision. SOUTH LOS SANTOS — INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT Population: Declining Major Industry: Warehousing & Manufacturing Job Stability: Unstable Street Reputation: Working-Class Neighborhood Bridgeport has always been an unpopular area in Los Santos. While the rest of the city was growing and expanding with buildings and projects, Bridgeport became deserted. Once active industries that used to supply people with homes and jobs were abandoned; all that remained was rusty warehouses, empty docks, idle railway, and jobless citizens. Freight trains never came to rusted docks in the early morning. Street lights were shining upon vacant lots. Workshops have remained empty for years. And at dusk, the streets belonged only to those who had some business here. Bridgeport has always been a working-class neighborhood. While fathers spent years in the steel mills, freight depots, repair garages, and shipping docks, mothers did their best to support their families. It has never been a rich neighborhood. But it has always been a place of pride of hard-working people who relied upon mutual trust. The neighborhood moved to the rhythmic sound of factory whistles. Workers would be on the streets at dawn, with one hand full of lunch pails and the other with cigarettes, walking to warehouses, mills, and docks before anyone else in Los Santos could open their eyes. Garages were bustling from morning till evening, and freight trains would go through Bridgeport loaded with all kinds of cargo – steel, wood, machinery and whatever else was needed to keep the city alive. Those were daily routines that children witnessed since birth. They would learn to change a tire before learning to drive. Their afternoons were spent playing football among warehouses, riding the abandoned freight cars, or waiting outside the repair shops until their fathers ended yet another shift. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was home, and for the people living there, it was more than enough. Those days, people would not lock their doors out of fear of their neighbors. Everyone knew everyone by face, even if they didn’t know it by name. Whenever someone’s truck broke down, another set of hands would come along shortly. And if a family was having trouble feeding itself, another family from the area found a way to help out. This was a place that was built by people, not by money. Until the day the faith was broken. Until the day when everything changed. With the loss of industrial work, unemployment became a part of everyone’s lives. Businesses closed down, homes became abandoned and neighborhoods became dilapidated. The future looked bleak compared to the crumbling walls and rusty windows all around them. The decay was gradual, but there were enough warnings. One factory laid off workers; another shut down. Another business closed its doors after becoming irrelevant for the area and for the city as a whole. Less freight trains went through the town; loading docks lay empty; decades-old businesses became deserted. And those who could move away moved out looking for better fortune elsewhere. Those who stayed behind had to adjust. They got temporary work, took whatever work they could get, and others merely struggled to get through another week on the very streets where they had grown up. Bridgeport was not wiped out by any one incident. It fell into disrepair gradually, as the din of machinery was silenced, the busy streets grew vacant and buildings that stood as symbols of opportunities turned into symbols of loss. — ABANDONED FACTORY Abandoned warehouse, train tracks, forklifts, shipping containers. One of the young men from that group was Dean Crowther. Dean knew he could never save Bridgeport. Like everyone else, he survived as best he could. Each closing factory, leaving family and vanishing friend drove home the same message—no one was going to come and fix things. For the few left behind, it did not take too long to see that no promises made to them by outsiders ever held out. Trust could only be earned through action. The street became their meeting point. It is not as if they were looking for a fight, but it seemed like they had no choice left. Afternoons stretched into late evenings as they hung out in the garage, the liquor store, and at the deserted loading docks discussing things until darkness fell. Their friendship was made by habit and not coincidence as similar faces would appear everyday sharing similar frustrations, laughing at the same jokes, and learning each other without exchanging many words. Where there are a lot of comings and goings, people who stay end up growing closer. They watched each other grow up and struggled side by side during tough times as they learned that being loyal was not about making claims but about having been next to each other for many years. While wasting many evenings in the garage, the liquor store, and deserted workshop, Dean managed to meet Gavin Renshaw and some other kids from his neighborhood. None of them belonged to well-off families nor had distinguished last names. This was not about ambitions. This was about survival. No one ever gave us a future. We created our own future with those who never left. LIQUOR STORE — Growing up, their style was naturally influenced by the original working-class subculture, not because of politics, but simply because of their environment. Boots lasted longer in the factory environment than sneakers ever would. Bomber jackets kept them warm during those cold mornings and late nights at the warehouses. Shaved heads became practical well before they became stereotypical. Their appearance was never meant to scare anyone—it just illustrated their background—coming from a working class neighborhood that would never be defined like its factories were. Finally, introductions would become a thing of the past. The boots, braces, bombers, and faces of those who were already there already gave the people of Bridgeport all the information they needed. A small group of neighbors turned into one of the most recognizable gangs within the district. The loyalty they showed proved stronger than that promised by employers, politicians, or those who had already moved away from Bridgeport. In Bridgeport, respect was never bought with money or status. Respect had to be earned. No one elected him. No one designated him. They respected him because he was dependable, stood by his buddies, and refused to desert Bridgeport when so many others had done so. South Los Santos identified by face, not name. Some considered Bridgeport Row nothing but yet another neighborhood youth group unwilling to leave behind the streets from which they came. Some only recognized the familiar faces who were always there, even after long winters and deserted factories. No one asked them to serve as ambassadors for Bridgeport. They simply would not allow Bridgeport to vanish. The factories built Brideport. The loyalty kept it going.

Introduction Tidak terasa bentar lagi akan tutup tahun. Di topic ini saya akan share apa saja yang saya rencanakan untuk Jogjagamers di tahun berikutnya. Berikut adalah beberapa program yang kita rencanakan di tahun yang akan datang: Website UCP Website UCP yang kami pakai sekarang pertama release tahun 2020, sudah waktunya untuk didesign ulang demi memudahkan player baru dan lama dalam navigasi dan penggunaan UCP. Kedpeannya kita akan mengeratkan kaitan UCP dan Forum agar keduanya lebih digunakan. Discord Kami ingin lebih banyak player untuk berinteraksi dan berdiskusi di Discord, bukan hanya muncul di sana saat ada kendala pada server saja. Untuk kedepannya kita akan mengembangkan lagi fungsi Bot Discord agar lebih berguna. Discord sekarang dipakai sebagai alternatif dari verifikasi nomor WhatApp saat sedang disuspend. Forum Saat ini forum engine yang kita pakai adalah Invision Community version 4 sedangkan yang terbaru adalah version 5. Untuk upgrade ke versi 5, kita diharuskan untuk mengupgrade license yaitu dari $40 per 6 bulan menjadi $199 per tahun (kenaikan harga hampir 130%!!!!!!!!!). Bukan hanya itu, kita harus merelakan beberapa plugin penting seperti Forms (yang kita beli resmi juga). Kekurangan fitur Forms (dan beberapa plugin lainnya) akan digantikan nantinya dengan fitur di Website UCP yang baru. Administration Di tahun 2026 kita akan secara perlahan mengubah beberapa prosedur dan regulasi internal staff JG:RP dan JG:VRP demi mempermudah dan meringankan kinerja staff. Kita akan upayakan beberapa prosedur sederhana untuk diautomatisasi. Di tahun ini kita hanya buka recruitment sebanyak 1 kali saja yang biasanya kita buka 4 kali per tahun atau 1 kali per quartal, ini disengaja karena kami rasa SDM yang ada masih cukup untuk melayani jumlah player yang sedang menurun dari tahun sebelumnya. Di tahun berikutnya kita akan coba kembali membuka recruitment volunteer di kedua server secara rutin namun mentargetkan jumlah penerimaan yang sedikit tapi lebih berkualitas. Social Media Kami akui kalau Social Media kami belakangan ini inactive sampai akhirnya saya sendiri harus ikut turun tangan bantu agar tetap aktif. Saat ini kami sedang mencari orang yang bisa membantu mengaktifkan kembali Social Media komuntas kami ini agar tetap aktif menarik pemain baru dan juga menginformasikan pembaruan kepada player inactive. JG:RP VIP System Kami ada rencana untuk merubah sistem VIP yang ada di JG:RP, tentunya perubahan ini tidak akan merugikan untuk player VIP aktif yang sekarang. Sistem yang baru nantinya akan dijamin lebih bermanfaat dari sistem yang sekarang. Untuk detailnya masih dirahasiakan, yang pasti akan sepadan dengan yang sistem yang lama.
