The Los Santos County Sheriff's Department (LSSD), officially the County of Los Santos Sheriff's Department, is a law enforcement agency serving Los Santos County, San Andreas. LSSD is the largest sheriff's department in the United States and the third largest local police agency in the United States, following the New York Police Department, and the Chicago Police Department. LSSD has approximately 18,000 employees, 9,915 sworn deputies and 9,244 unsworn members. It is sometimes confused with the unrelated Los Santos Police Department which provides law enforcement service within the city of Los Santos, which is the county seat of Los Santos County. The department's three main responsibilities are to provide municipal police services within Los Santos County, courthouse security for the Superior Court of Los Santos County, and housing and transportation services of inmates within the county jail system. The LSSD provides municipal police services to the unincorporated communities and 42 of the 88 cities within Los Santos County. In addition to its primary responsibilities, LSSD contracts with the Los Santos Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Metrolink, provides law enforcement services to ten community colleges, and patrols county parks, golf courses, special event venues, lakes, hospitals, and county facilities. LSSD provides services, such as crime laboratories, homicide investigations, and academy training, to smaller law enforcement agencies within the county and across the State of San Andreas. Operation Safe Streets (OSS) is a County-wide detail with satellite teams at each Sheriff's Station. The Lancaster detail is comprised of several deputies, a dedicated detective, and a sergeant. OSS units focus solely on gangs, their social systems, their activities, and anything else that is related. These deputies frequently work undercover, and with the valuable information received from citizen informants are often successful in identifying individual gang members and bringing them to jail on criminal charges. At times, entire gangs can be virtually eliminated from the area as key players and gang leaders are arrested, thus eliminating the chain-of-command in the gang, while other gangs simply choose to pack up and move out of the City to another area. Operation Safe Streets Bureau (OSS) is responsible for providing suppression, intelligence and expert investigation against criminal street gangs. OSS is comprised of two details whose responsibilities are as follows: Gang Enforcement Team (GET) Provides uniformed personnel to work directed patrol in the most active or violent target gang areas, Gathers, disseminates and exchanges information about street gangs and their associates with OSS investigators and other law enforcement personnel, Provides in-service training for outside law enforcement agencies working gang suppression, Participates and prepares presentations for civic groups about street gangs and their activities. Operation Safe Streets Detail (OSS) Investigates high grade felonies of targeted gangs, Gathers, coordinates and disseminates information concerning gangs and their related criminal activities, Maintains liaison with various local, state and federal agencies concerning street gangs, Provides in-service training to Bureaus and Units within the Department, Provides technical expertise and expert court testimony to other law enforcement agencies, Conducts presentations to community groups concerning gangs and gang activities, Participates in street gang suppression efforts within assigned OSS team areas. Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB), the Special Enforcement Bureau responds to critical incidents and complex problems that often involve high risk apprehensions, high risk warrant services, fugitive apprehensions, hostage rescues, active shooters, dignitary protection, barricaded subjects, hazardous devices, maritime operations, counter terrorism details, off-road enforcement or any special assignment at the request of the Sheriff. Personnel assigned to the bureau receive advanced level training and certification in the specialized duty. They are dedicated public servants of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office and the communities they serve. SEB responds to approximately 200-300 tactical operations every year. Because of SEB’s capabilities and national recognition, the Unit is called upon to participate in joint operations and training at the national / international level with federal and military units. The primary goal of SEB is to save lives. As such, its expertise is in solving dangerous situations through experience, training, and the use of highly specialized weapons and equipment. SEB continues to develop and enhance tactics involving the assault of commercial airliners, passenger trains, and maritime vessels where hostages have been taken. SEB continues to stay on the cutting edge in numerous disciplines within the tactical community, such as rural operations, tactical explosive breaching, and aerial assault deployment. In this era of homegrown and international terrorism SEB has also developed a close partnership with the Department’s Arson / Explosives Detail and Hazmat Detail. SEB is a full-time unit that consists of Special Weapons, Canine, and Emergency Services Teams, made up of deputies, sergeants, and lieutenants all under the command of the unit commander, a captain. The unit is supported by a civilian staff. On all operations involving Special Weapons Team activation, the Team is always assisted by at least two SWAT paramedics (ESD) who are capable of rendering advanced medical aid to victims, deputies and suspects under extremely stressful and hostile conditions. The team is also supplemented by Canine personnel who are also crossed trained as team members. Special Weapons Team members trained in a variety of disciplines to address the varied working environment of Los Angeles County. Advanced training consists of rural / mountain operations, maritime interdiction operations, and WMD. Special Weapons Team cadres consist of instructor certified members providing training in hostage recovery, high-risk warrant service, barricaded suspects, armored vehicle tactics, firearms, breaching, technology, rural, maritime interdiction, and WMD. SEB has developed several tactical schools that are highly sought after. These specialized schools are put on for our team members and outside agency tactical teams. These schools include the Basic SWAT school, tactical long rifle school, and tactical explosive breaching school. Students of these schools come from local, state, federal, and military units. The responsibilities of the Special Enforcement Detail (SED) include: Maintain Special Weapons Team (SWT) availability on a 24-hour basis for handling barricaded suspect, hostage, and active shooter situations, serving arrest and search warrants in identified high-risk or other hazardous situations, and for assisting Canine Services Detail with high-risk area searches; Provide Tactical Entry Teams (TET) to assist any requesting unit in the service of non-high-risk search and arrest warrants; Provide explosive breaching capability for the Department and other special weapons teams in Los Angeles County; Augment station and unit level enforcement efforts through area or suspect surveillance, high-risk traffic stops, or other tactical services as needed; Mobilize to provide a law enforcement response at the scene of disorders and other man-made or natural disasters; Provide protection for designated dignitaries and jury site, or prisoner security dictated by special circumstances; and Provide specialized special weapons team training for SEB personnel and outside agencies. Special Weapons Team For expediency, any sworn member of this Department may request a Special Weapons Team (SWT). However, authorization to deploy the team must be made by the Incident Commander at the scene. The Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) shall be responsible for providing comprehensive SWT coverage. Requests for a Special Weapons Team shall be made through the Special Enforcement Bureau Desk. Specific information relating to the incident shall be provided. Special Weapons Teams are designed to save lives. This includes the lives of law enforcement personnel who become faced with unusually hazardous situations, members of the community whose security is severely threatened by these situations and the lives of the suspects. Special Weapons Teams are available to assist other Units with incidents or operations when the safety of the officers, members of the community or involved parties are likely to be better served by their use. Situations wherein Special Weapons Teams are typically employed include: Barricaded or contained suspect(s) who are believed to be armed; Hostage incidents; Sniper situations; Potentially violent persons who are believed to be armed (including mentally ill, threatened suicides, unknown circumstances, etc.); High risk arrest and search warrants; and Protection operations involving high risk persons or sites. Whenever a special weapons team is requested, the requesting Unit's Commander, Area Commander, or Duty Commander, shall be notified. Volunteer Registration A. Introduction JG:VRP Volunteer program adalah kesempatan dimana player dapat mendaftarkan dirinya untuk menjadi bagian dari Staff JG:VRP. Volunteer Team adalah team yang bertanggung jawab atas tugas-tugas ringan seperti membantu player menjawab pertanyaan via ticket, forum, dan Discord. Bergabung ke Volunteer Team juga adalah langkah awal bergabung menjadi Helper Team. B. Tugas-tugas Volunteer Team Berikut adalah tugas-tugas yang harus dijalankan oleh anggota Volunteer Team: Wajib aktif di In-Game. Bertanggung jawab untuk menjawab, menganalisa, semua jenis pertanyaan yang ditanya lewat command '/ask' dan membalasnya dengan command '/respondticket' atau '/at'.
