SAMP deletes some visual effects which are normally visible on singleplayer, such as heat haze, speed blur or dirt on cars. This tiny open-sourced .asi lets you enable and disable some of the effects individually in an .ini file. Restored effects: - grass - heat haze - speed blur - ped shadows - sun flare - zone names - vehicle names on entering a vehicle - dirt on cars.
