Yukari was born in Osaka, Japan on 18th of May, 1990. Her parent, Riki Ryota and Aisaka Momoe, and her little sister are also living alongside Yukari Momoe. Her little sister named Kaori Momoe. They had different ages that Yukari Momoe was 1 year older than Kaori Momoe. Her mother, Aisaka Momoe schooled Yukari Momoe at Kindergarten, named Minami Kindergarten in Osaka, Japan. She studied how to write, drawing, language, and counting. Yukari Momoe was smart girl, she could learn anything easily. She graduated from Kindergarten with good grades, then she continued her education to Elementary School in Osaka, Japan, named Nawashiro Elementary School. She studied about English, Japan, Mathematics, Religions, etc.

In 2002. Yukari Momoe's family moved their residence from Osaka, Japan to Los Santos, United States of America. She continued her education to Junior High School in Los Santos, United States of America, named Virgil Junior High School. She confused at its school because she couldn't speaking english fluently, but she tried to studying english with help by her teachers and her friends. One of her friends was Masamune Izumi, he was same as Yukari Momoe, They were from Japan and they learn together until fluent in English. 2 years later, she continued her education to Senior High School in Los Santos, United States of America, named Los Santos Senior High School. She could speaking english fluently. So, she could conversation with orthers easily. Masamune Izumi, who was Yukari Momoe's friend, he also schooled with Yukari Momoe in Los Santos Senior High School. 3 years later when she graduated from Senior High School. She was looking for work to keep her life and rented an apartement in Los Santos. Her job was a cleaning services under Downtown Community Job Center, and worked around Dowtorn Area. She was happy with the salary the company given, it keeps her life and journey.

When 28th San Andreas Police Departement recruitment was opened. Yukari Momoe interested to join that Departement and she tried to register with several stages. The 3 stages of San Andreas Police Departement were Application, Interview, and Academy. Yukari Momoe has passed those 3 stages, and then she became a Police Captain as of today.
