Someday, he turned back to LS after got the big business in New York. He spent a couple of months in New York to helping out his old mate. But, he didnt know that his business is fucked up for his family in LS. Several days later, two associates of Accardo also known as his friends Marco and Al, the duo smells something's wrong with Devonte's business. They tryin to ask about Danny and his business, Marco had the prove that Danny's business is the reason of the Family get fucked up. In early morning Danny, Marco and Al had some chitchat. They throwing alot of question to Danny, but poor Danny. He get caught by them, his business and also his life. They are brought Danny to somewhere. Al kicked Danny's body several times, and then at the end Marco fired the bullet to Danny, so Danny's unconsious and died at the place. CK 1
