Varrio Nuevo Marina is a successor of a Bayside XIII or Bayside X3 that located in Bayside, San Fiero. BXIII places great admiration on those that have died in the Varrio. One well known example of this is the mural in memory of one such BXIII member located at 13th Street in Bayside. The artist, Hector Dominic, painted the mural in 1983. Like many other gangs they place a great deal of importance on respect, loyalty and trustworthiness. They have old ties to the Mexican Mafia and unite under the Sureno banner in the Alcatraz.

Begins at 1980s, a teenager named Shawn Maximiliano who feels foreigners with his family in Mexico, because his life's always fulfilled by a hatred in almost everyday, till he feels like a Broken Home people and decided to go somewhere in San Fierro with his 8 friends, and thinks to go to Bayside. Shawn went to Bayside with his 8 friends with his friend Tropic, and 3 days later, from the first time he and his riends come, he just intend to finding a job for his life, but his arrival as a immigrant with his friends greeted bad, and insulted by the local communities, till some Shawn's friend decided to doing a criminal thing to wreaking about what they get from the local communities Bayside.

And, it's good enough, during 3 years Shawn and the friends success set up his new families as he named it Bayside X3 the name comes from on the Bayside 13th street, and for now already expanded almost fulfill all Bayside areas, till they have much enemy from the indigenous civilian that average with black skin, such : Crips, and Bloods.

They activity usually includes kidnap, rape, hijack, murder, robbery, rackeetering, drug trafficking, larceny, Human trafficking, extortion, illegal immigration, prostitution, battery and arms trafficking. Until in 2013 this gang is get more notice by San Fiero goverment, especially the Police Department, they set many way to getting Information about Bayside XIII, being undercover till spy are always they do for getting an Information for this important one. Until now the activity from this gang seems thin out, nad some member of this gang decided to move out from Bayside and for now, many member unknown whereabouts, include Shawn Maximiliano.

Right on September 2015, SFPD doing a massive arrest toward Hispanic gang in Bayside, and almost all of member Bayside X3 get arrested by SFPD. After that accident, begin from October 2015 till now the Bayside Goverment do a routine check around the city's and for every country in Bayside, make sure if there is no hispanic gang over, and already be avowed by the Goverment if there is no one Hispanic gang anymore in Bayside.

Right at the beginning of 2016, Los Santos notified with a new immigrant that known from Mexico, and taking Marina, Santa Marina Beach for they residence, the immigrants known come without a Respect, and Attitude to Marina local communities. They also may do a torture and murder for everyone who mess with them.

Known, some immigrant that come into Marina is leaded by Raul Montalve, and some member that known as former Bayside X3, because some of them looks still using a tattoo X3, XIII, and other to cover and notice themselfes. They purpose to come to Los Santos is for wreaking a feels which afflict by they new family in Bayside, and threaten San Andreas Goverment. Los Santos Goverment face with serious problem, and didn't dare to assortment with them, as long as they not messing.

Chavaro 'Electric' Voltage who known as relatives from Bayside X3 at the time officiate as a SAPD Officer always notice about immigrant activities and have a certain thought to reborn the families which a few months ago's gone. Support by his hatred feels as long as he being SAPD Officer, he feel annoyed to SAPD Chief because he think that SAPD Chief act as he want, without notice a little civilian, without giving a warning to an Officer who make a mistake, and one of most the Attitude his bad is, always decide although the reason isn't obvius, a selfish one.

Until in the middle of 2016, Chavaro's kicked by SAPD Chief, and intend to vent every bad experience to SAPD Officer, he think much things to do for venting his anger, till he got an insight, there is join forcest with the member of Hispanic Immigrant to venting his anger toward SAPD Officer, after earlier he always take care of his temper to keep a good attitude with supervisor.

The immigrant groups in Marina that mostly the member came from the Bayside X3 member decided to named his new family place with 'Varrio Nuevo Marina' which mean a new hood in Marina. At the time, the families lead by Juanito Segovia, Raul Montalve, Chavaro 'Electric' Voltage, and till now it success to attract Goverment attention by the any criminal activity, and known VNM is one of the most prominent and terrible Hispanic gangs in southside of Los Santos.

For now, VNM is a modern gang that so rarely the member use tattoo to cover themselves, that mean doing a criminal activity without being noticed. The activity usualy doing a hijacking a fisherman who fishing in the Marina, killing, and robbing in the quiet place in the middle of sea. And Varrio Nuevo Marina have a motto that is 'Don't let the victim's life after we done activity on it'.

Many Varrio Nuevo Marina members cover themselves in tattoos. Common markings include "VNM", "Marina", the "Spider Web", the name of their clique, and other symbols. A December 2012 SAN News article stated that the gang was moving away from the tatoos in an attempt to commit crimes without being noticed. Members of Varrio Nuevo Marina, like members of most modern San Andreas gangs, utilize a system of hand signs for purposes of identification and communication. One of the most commonly displayed is the "devil's head" which forms an 'M' when displayed upside down.

Varrio Nuevo Marina is so notorious that the Los Santos City Attorney petitioned the court for a permanent gang injunction against them on November 15, 2001. Even with the gang injunction, VNM continues to exert influence in their respective territories. They are stil involved in a variety of criminal activities from murder, arms trafficking, drug sales to drive-by shootings, assaults and various other petty crimes. Like most other street gangs, Varrio Nuevo Marina gets the majority of its income from street level
narcotics distribution.
