Wrazy Executive is an street-gang operates out of Richman, Los Santos. We aim to portray a drug-trafficking and arms-dealing through a crew of predominantly mid-upper class African-American young adults who live with an executive lifestyle.

 - Background

Frame_4.png For years, the Groppies Wrazy Boys had been the most recognized crew on the East Side. Under their OGs, the Famens Boys had built a name that carried weight across the east side through drug distribution and arms moving. But by the early 2026s their OG Daemond Boyd had gone missing, and some of the Wrazy Fourthy were found dead. The Groppies Wrazy Boys had lost most of their key figures; their OGs had gone missing or were found dead, some of their crew fell into prison, and some were also found dead. The Groppies Wrazy Boys' remaining crew slowly chooses their own path.

Kwanzaa "B-Kash" Pierce, a former associate of the Groppies who had spent years building connections across the street, wasn't ready to let that be the end of it. He linked up with his former associate, Demonte Higgins. Pulled their operation out of Eastern Los Santos entirely and moved it into the Northern part of Los Santos, running it on Richman St., where the rich folks belong, through one of the most exclusive and affluent neighborhoods.

While the operation was at its peak, Higgins had been running a separate line on the side — skimming from arms deals before the numbers reached Pierce. Cole was the one who noticed the discrepancy and privately brought it to Pierce. Pierce moved to act on it, reaching out through D-Loc's local gang network to set something in motion against Higgins. Meanwhile, Higgins had already cultivated ties with the same network long before the situation came to a head.

image_7.pngPierce was found in the driver's seat of his Lamborghini Huracán on the upper end of Richman St in the early hours of a Tuesday morning, with no witnesses coming forward. No surveillance footage from the surrounding area produced anything usable. LSPD logged it as a targeted killing and opened an investigation that went nowhere fast. By the time they had finished their preliminary sweep of the scene, Higgins was already running the crew.

After Kwanzaa “B-Kash” Pierce was found dead inside his car, and the crew entered a period of uncertainty. Demonte “Mack D” Higgins stepped forward as the man keeping the crew operation together. keeping the name Wrazy Executive.

 - Present Days

From the finest mansion on Richman St, Higgins had been running the Wrazy Executive for over a month since Pierce's death. Under his leadership, the operation grew faster than it ever had, expanded their distribution across the north side, higher volume on the arms pipeline, and money coming in at a scale the crew hadn't seen before. The money reflected all of it. Within the first month under Higgins, the Wrazy Executive was clearing numbers that Pierce's more measured approach had never produced.

The money with that scale came with a cost. Running an operation this size from the top alone had its limits, and the gaps were starting to show. The structure that Pierce had designed for a tighter operation was showing its seams under the weight Higgins had added to it. With no other choice, Higgins had to bail out his cousin DaQuan Carter, who had been sitting in Alderney State Correctional Facility after being taken down by law enforcement for being affiliated with an organized crime case. Carter had been running a serious operation out of Liberty City for years before the arrest. Higgins pulled him out of the facility into the Wrazy Executive as the second man in charge of the Wrazy Executive

- Mid 2026

Richman-GTASA-Map.pngWhen DaQuan "Dime" Carter first appeared in Los Santos for less than two weeks, he was no stranger to running things at a high level. Before the arrest in Liberty City, he had been moving with the kind of composure that came from someone who had always treated the street like a business. After learning that the Wrazy Executive had no single legal front for its operations, he proposed opening exotic and luxury car dealerships out of Richman and an Auto Detailing shop near Santa Maria Beach to cover its operations.

With their operations firmly established in Richman, Los Santos. Higgins and Carter brought in their connections, Tario Greene as Quartermaster. Terrence Skuggs as Street Enforcer. Terry Lamont managed the operation networking, and the crew captain with Seven soldiers total. The operation ran on two pillars, drug trafficking and arms dealing, executed quietly enough that no significant heat ever landed directly on the crew. Richman proved to be exactly what Pierce had envisioned. Product moved cleanly. Weapons were brokered and placed through Lamont’s network without ceremony. The money came in fast, and with it came the lifestyle Higgins had always been building toward.

While the upper structure ran clean out of Richman, Terrence Skuggs built differently on the ground. Moving through the north side blocks, he pulled in younger faces from the surrounding neighborhoods and put them under the Wrazy Executive, giving the crew a street presence that the core operation alone never had. While Higgins and Carter were running from the top, Skuggs and his runners handled distribution directly, pushing product across Richman, Santa Maria Beach, and Rodeo.
