Throttle Brotherhood is a group of people who share a passion for JDM and EDM culture. This club is not like the usual car clubs commonly found in Puebla Mexico. Instead, it operates outside the laws and regulations of the city. The club consists of people who enjoy street racing and living freedom, often going against the rules and norms enforced in Puebla. Most members of T-B are workers or business owners involved in illegal activities who seek freedom, which perfectly matches the club’s vision to become a car club that lives outside the regulations of Puebla. The members of this club are very secretive and closed off from the outside world because the club is involved in illegal operations, such as selling illegal goods.

ABOUT THROTTLE CLUB

This car club was founded nearly 13 years ago in the city of Puebla, Mexico, around 2013. Puebla is one of the largest cities in Mexico. One of the founders, wanted to expand the club’s network and make it even bigger, which eventually led him to move to Los Santos the spesific location at East Beach area. In Los Santos, the Founder saw an opportunity to establish one of the first car clubs in the city by building connections with other car clubs operating there. Founder searched for groups that shared the same vision spreading and selling illegal goods throughout the city. The club continued expanding its network by recruiting illegal street racers who wanted support or a place they could call home for their activities. The car club also welcomed anyone seeking freedom and wanting to rebel against the regulations enforced in Los Santos.

CHAPTER 1 : The Rise of T-B
The story of Throttle Brotherhood began as a small underground car community that arrived in Los Santos with nothing but ambition, loyalty, and a desire for freedom. Led by N. Trattou, the club slowly built its reputation from illegal street races held deep within the city at night. At first, they were only known as a reckless group of JDM and EDM enthusiasts who loved speed and rebellion. However, behind the engines, neon lights, and drifting culture, a much darker organization was growing. Founder realized that street racing alone would never make the club powerful enough to survive in Los Santos. The city was already controlled by gangs, corrupt businessmen, and underground organizations fighting for territory and influence. Because of that, T-B began expanding its activities into the illegal world. The club started by controlling underground racing events, illegal betting, and vehicle smuggling. They imported stolen cars, modified them for racers, and sold illegal parts through hidden connections across the city. Their garage became more than just a workshop it turned into a meeting point for criminals, racers, mechanics, and black market dealers. As their influence grew, many street racers who had nowhere to go began joining the club. T-B became a “HOME” for people who wanted freedom from the laws and pressure of Los Santos. Every member was taught one rule: loyalty above everything. Over time, the club created strong connections with other underground groups. They began moving illegal goods, protecting secret transactions, laundering money through automotive businesses, and controlling several underground racing routes in Los Santos. Anyone who tried to interfere with their business would quickly learn that T-B was not just a car club anymore it had become a feared underground syndicate. The name of the club spread rapidly through the city. Police investigations, rival gangs, and betrayals from inside the organization became common obstacles. Yet Trattou continued leading the club with ambition and ruthless decisions. He believed that fear and respect were the keys to controlling Los Santos. Years later, T-B evolved into one of the most powerful underground organizations in the city. They controlled illegal races, black market automotive trading, underground casinos, smuggling operations, and hidden business networks throughout Los Santos. Years after establishing their dominance in Los Santos, T-B Car Club Mafia became more than just an underground car club. Their influence reached nearly every dark corner of the city. Illegal street racing, blackmarket vehicle trading, underground gambling, smuggling operations, and hidden transportation routes were now connected to their growing empire. What once started as a small brotherhood of racers had evolved into one of the most feared underground organizations in Los Santos. Despite their success, the club understood that power in Los Santos never lasted forever. Rival gangs, corrupt officials, and ambitious organizations constantly attempted to take control of the city’s underground economy. Every week brought new enemies, betrayals, and dangerous conflicts. However, Lead believed that survival depended on adaptation, strategy, and absolute loyalty. To strengthen the organization, the club began recruiting talented individuals from different backgrounds. Skilled mechanics, street racers, smugglers, hackers, and former criminals were welcomed into the brotherhood as long as they followed one code: never betray the family. Each member had a role within the organization. Some controlled illegal races, while others managed weapon transportation, blackmarket deals, and underground businesses hidden behind legal automotive shops. T-B eventually established several secret garages throughout Los Santos. These locations served as safehouses, modification workshops, storage facilities, and meeting points for important underground operations. To outsiders, the garages looked like normal tuning shops or racing communities, but behind closed doors they became headquarters for criminal activities that generated millions of dollars every month. As their reputation grew, underground racers from different cities started arriving in Los Santos to challenge T-B on the streets. Winning races against the club became a symbol of respect in the underground racing scene. However, most competitors failed. The club’s racers were highly skilled, fearless, and willing to risk their lives for victory. Racing was no longer just entertainment it became a way to maintain dominance and send messages to rivals. Trattou understood that controlling the streets required influence beyond racing. Because of this, the organization expanded deeper into the city’s dark economy. They developed smuggling routes through ports, deserts, and abandoned highways outside Los Santos. Illegal goods, stolen vehicles, counterfeit documents, and blackmarket parts moved through their network every night without attracting public attention. At the same time, law enforcement agencies slowly became aware of the club’s growing power. Investigations into illegal racing, money laundering, and organized crime started increasing across the city. Undercover officers attempted to infiltrate the organization, but the club’s secrecy and loyalty made infiltration extremely difficult. Members were taught to remain silent, avoid unnecessary attention, and protect the identity of the brotherhood at all costs. The pressure from police and rival organizations eventually pushed Los Santos into an unofficial underground war. Shootouts, sabotage, vehicle theft, and betrayals became common occurrences in the city’s darker areas. Several members of T-B were arrested, while others disappeared without a trace. Despite these losses, the organization refused to collapse. Instead of weakening, the club became even more ruthless. Founder ordered the organization to become more disciplined and organized. Members who endangered the club through carelessness or betrayal were immediately removed from the organization. Loyalty became the most important value within the brotherhood. Every member understood that once they entered the world of T-B, there was no easy way out. As years passed, the club transformed into a symbol feared by both criminals and authorities. Their logo began appearing across underground garages, racing events, abandoned warehouses, and hidden meeting places throughout Los Santos. Rumors about the organization spread across neighboring cities, attracting new allies and dangerous enemies alike. However, with greater power came greater consequences. Internal conflicts slowly began growing inside the organization. Some members wanted to focus only on racing and car culture, while others became consumed by greed, violence, and the pursuit of power. Arguments over money, territory, and leadership created tension within the brotherhood. Trattou realized that the greatest threat to the organization might not come from outside enemies, but from within the family itself. At the same time, a new underground syndicate entered Los Santos, aiming to destroy every organization standing in its way. Unlike ordinary gangs, this syndicate operated with military level discipline, advanced weapons, and international connections. They viewed T-B as the largest obstacle to controlling the city’s underground world. The arrival of this new enemy marked the beginning of the darkest chapter in the club’s history. For the first time in years, T-B faced an opponent powerful enough to challenge everything they had built, and in Los Santos, only one organization could remain at the top of the underground world.
