Albert "Oskie" aka "Shakey Al" Simmons sitting with his balls in the breeze while visiting members of the Popeye MC in Quebec in 1973. Shortly thereafter Simmons defected from the Lowell charter of the Hells Angels and moved to Florida where he was either working at tattoo shop or at a motorcyle shop, depending on who tells the story. Regardless of his occupation, he was the reason that Whiskey George and Riverboat of the Lowell charter travelled to Fort Lauderdale in order to make sure he had blacked out the Hells Angels MC Massachusetts tattoo that adorned his left bicep, as well as to potentially try to recover some of the outstanding debts he had incurred before leaving town. In the end the visit went very sideways and all three ended up in a swampy gravel pit, resulting in one of the fiercest rivalries between motorcyle clubs that continues to this very day.
