XrgXIh2.png      An underground car club called "Outbrakerz" flourished in the streets of Los Santos, where the sound of motors and the sparkle of city lights never went out. It was more than simply a club; it was an underground gathering place for illicit races and car modifications, a world where alliances and secrets resounded with the roar of engines. Bless Shigekazu was the master mechanic at the center of Outbrakerz, pushing the envelope in terms of speed and stealth. The club had no idea that Bless had ties well outside the racing community.

Bless was caught in the labyrinth of the Yakuza, and his family had extensive ties to the Yakuza. In fact, his own uncle was the Oyabun of the clan itself. Shigekazu's Clan slipped into Outbrakerz under the cover of darkness, blending in with the club's fabric. They work under the auspices of the Outbrakerz car club, which Bless commands to do their bidding. Jake Yamamoto was chosen by Bless to replace Akio Watanabe after Akio's passing. Bless knew Jake would be fiercely protective of the things he held dear, so Bless trusted Jake with this role. Under Jake, Harufumi Nomiyama takes over as road captain; the top tier is satisfied with his tough approach to problem-solving.

He reconnects with his number two, Jake Yamamoto, and together they plan to indulge in their passion for cars. However, Bless discovers that his hometown has changed drastically in his absence, with his uncle involved in illegal activities. Despite the criminal path his family has taken, Bless, with the support of Jake, entrusts the management of the family's workshop to two trusted friends, Cassandra and Reo.

They both see an opportunity to blend their love for cars with the illicit operations run by Shikegazu Clan. With the shared dream of securing a brighter future, they form a crew, aiming to make a name for themselves in Los Santos. Their journey unfolds as they navigate both legal and illegal endeavors, facing challenges and embracing the complexities of their intertwined destinies on the city's tumultuous streets.

OUTBRAKERZ『アウトプレイカーズ』depicts a plausible organized criminal group functioning out of the Japanese-American neighborhood of Little Seoul as a hangout for street people. The reality of Japanese-Americans living on the West Coast, where more than half are above the poverty line, serves as inspiration for the group. For many, the need to supplement income quickly turns into ambition; they view cars as the street view, the Yakuza as the source of illegal drugs and arms, and they see smuggling as a means of extortion. Local businesses, like workshops and front-line car parts sales, become an integral part of larger legal operations.

Although primarily Japanese-American, it is acceptable to be any Japanese or Japanese-American ethnicity, as long as it is accurately portrayed. Legal or first-generation (immigrant) characters are not accepted. Asian working-class youth, aged 16 to 20, who are native to the area and have an American first name, should be the new characters. Character development is our top priority, so new members shouldn't expect to advance without enough time. Recruitment is done IC and only after roleplay has been reviewed in order to uphold our standards.
