88 is a company that prioritizes realism over anything else. Joining this organization is an excellent way to introduce your character and gain valuable experience in roleplaying. It's important to note that we are very focused on roleplay. Our emphasis on roleplay means that we prioritize creating a collaborative environment where everyone can enjoy the best possible roleplaying experience.

We always strive to align our faction and its members with the server's requirements. Additionally, an active presence and participation in faction events and activities are expected from all members. This ensures a cohesive and immersive roleplaying experience for all faction members.

Despite our combined experience leading factions/organizations similar to this in other communities, we understand that we are very new to this one. We always remain open to feedback, though we ask that it be sent either through our Discord or private messages so we can discuss it in the necessary details. The community's opinion is what moves things forward, and we value your input in shaping our future decisions and actions. That being said, we also expect to send personal invitations to people who we believe might have an interest in taking part in the faction or who have impressed us. In addition to the methods stated, players are free to explore ways of approaching us and we will be more than happy to accommodate all who are interested.
