After Ishii's death in 1990, Inagawa's son took over as kumicho and led the clan until his death in May 2005. Yoshio Tsunoda took up the mantle in 2006, heading the clan until his death in February 2010. Kazuo Uchibori may be next in line to lead the clan, but his status as a kyodaibun (blood brother) to Takeuchi Teruaki, a senior member of the Yamaguchi-Gumi, may complicate things. Kotaro has a brother named Nakamura, he was sent to serve in the United States, Los Santos. He works as a miner and manager of Inagawa Kai's gold mine, called Golden Leaf Limited, which operates in the gold mining sector at Hunters Quarry. On the other hand, he is aimed at another goal, namely, running the dark business of Inagawa-Kai, because of that Kotaro plans to form a Fujigawa Connection in Los Santos.
