This faction expects its players to focus on their characters and how they evolve. Each individual possesses the liberty to craft any trait or combination of traits, as long as it remains sensible and adheres to the realistic facets of Yakuza role-playing. Upon joining our faction, you automatically grant permission to the faction leader for any Character Kill (CK) for any reason. When Higanbana Bosozoku was takedown by the Los Santos police, he himself fled out of town--to Las Vegas/Las Venturas--for gambling to spend his money. The character development of Saito Kimura is wise in street diplomacy, cold blooded, and also a person who is oriented towards money and power. Saito has a close relationship with Fujiwara Keiko, Keiko used to be a subordinate of Saito Kimura when she was in Hasegawa Crew and Keiko has a debt of gratitude to Saito because Saito was the one who played a big role in Keiko's career in the Los Santos street scene. Keiko invited Saito Kimura into the family, so Saito Kimura would get protection, power, and money but Saito had to work under the control of East Dragon and Fujiwara Keiko's crew.
