No sport cars, five star restaurant, high security system, you can only find a ghetto life nearby. Homeless boys playing with their coins, a found basketball, baseball, hobos asking for money, a corrupt cop that wants to be bribed. etcetera. And also the El Dyablos, who struggles their self right there. With a ghetto background at the neighborhood, they live completely in a low-class. They can't even afford a food, thus made them to steal them or just grab a garbage food. The crime level at the area is pretty high, domestic dispute, street gambling, teenagers riot, free prostitute, etcetera. The local police department is now on an investigation through this neighborhood.
