He spent most of his time to do simple hobby such diecast and motorcycle at home. When things going smoothly for Wolfgang, it's different story for Jack Williams. Jack is an ex convict who has been arrested by Wolfgang years ago for an armed robbery at Rockshore District. The only reason behind Jack's robbery is his daughter. His daughter were sick back then, so he needs arround 50 grands for her heart surgery. In order to succed in such robbery Jack makes a great plan for the robbery, He spent almost every hours to learn about everything for his robbery, starting from the location, until the target itself. A few weeks has been passed, now its the time for Jack's plan to be done. He's going to rob an asian businessman named Junichi Takehiko at Rockshore West. Long story short he succeed to rob that man's briefcase and going to escape from that location, after getting away for awhile he tried to open the briefcase and found some cash and gov's paper inside it, but surprisingly there's a tracer on that briefcase, so Junichi manages to call 911 afterward. Then the nearest precinct dispatch nearby officer that is ex Officer Wolfgang to aid Junichi. After Wolfgang arrived at the scene Junichi gives all the information he had towards Wolfgang. Wolfgang quickly outrun Jack and managed to put him under his custody. Jack were arrested and jailed for 4 years imprisonment for an armed robbery, left his daughter dying at the hospital. Four years later, Jack were released from the prison, knowing that his daughter were no more, and he believes that his daughter were dead because of Wolfgang. As a daughter loving dad, he want a revenge towards Wolfgang, "Blood for blood" he said. Drown in revengeance, Jack willingly to do anything to found any information about Wolfgang. After gathering any information about Wolfgang, he knew that Wolfgang were a regular at El Corona's bar and also rides a Custom NRG-500. Day after day learning for Wolfgang's movement, he decided to assassinate Wolfgang on 2nd August. As usual Wolfgang were found drink his favourite beer at the bar and going for home on afternoon, after driving home for a while, Jack crashes his car to Wolfgang's bike to make him crash. Then he grabs out his Remmington 870 to shot Wolfgang's head. After that Wolfgang has been killed from heavy head trauma and injury.
