The suspect was arrested by San Andreas police officers working in the central area while responding to an emergency call when the suspect and his gang robbed a convenience store near Unity Train Station. But the other gang members managed to escape. The suspect has confessed to the crime and other crimes he was involved in. After the arrest, one locally made handgun and ammunition were recovered from him. Also, the victim, Bernard, is quoted as saying, “I was called by one of my customers, who had given me $7 to buy a pack of cigarettes. When I bend down to pick up the cigarette from the stack they (pointing to the first robber and second robber man) have a gun pointing to me." “I begged them that I had no money for me. In the blink of an eye, they mobilized their comrades, seemingly lurking. After their friends came inside, they immediately took a bottle from one of the drink racks and smashed it into my head. They forcibly pulled the money that was in my cash register and immediately put it in the bag they had brought and left after." Currently, the suspect, named Jekeil Jefferson, has been transferred to the San Andreas Correctional Facility (SACF) to receive charges for the crimes he has committed. The Chief Superintendent of Police emphasized that the police officers in the state are ready to reduce the activities of criminals and hoodlums, through effective policing strategies. He was jailed for 4 years on charges of robbery, murder, and street racketeering. Jekeil Jefferson, Crack Kingpin After almost being imprisoned for 4 years, Jekeil Jefferson, 30, was finally acquitted. He can now breathe fresh air from outside the prison. While outside the prison, Desharious had picked him up in a sedan. Jekeil and Desharious are friends from their neighborhood. Jekeil told Desharious a story that he had no more money due to payments to the state. Long story short, Jekeil plans a business, which is a very profitable business, because many people depend on excessive drug use in their environment. Jekeil has created a small group, which consists of 2 people who are in prison. They will be out in 2 months after Jekeil is free. Jekeil invites Desharious to run this business. However, Desharious was confused about how to get a supply of drugs. Jekeil explained that a cartel boss who was in prison had made their way easier. He said that there would be a supply of drugs every month through the harbor. They simply say the name of the cartel boss to gain access to transport the container containing the drugs. Long story short, all the Jekeil members have gathered. Jekeil was made the boss of the organization and Desharious was made a lieutenant, the rest would be subordinates to the two of them. Within two years, the group had raised enough money to buy anything in town that another target was set. To obscure the traces of detectives, Jekeil restricts the sale of drugs to residents. This is done to make it safer and more organized. Jekeil is more concerned with selling large amounts of drugs to gangsters’ heads throughout the city of San Andreas. SEASON 1: Money Laundry East Side Blue Project or abbreviated as E/S Blue Project is the neighborhood where Jekeil and Desharious have lived since they were kids. Gang attacks often occur there, leaving many bullet marks on the walls of the building. Previously, E/S Project Blue was a place where the 69th E/S Crips gang gathered. However, in 2004, the gang was takedown by the SAPD for smuggling large amounts of cocaine. Nicky, the founder of the 69th E/S Crips gang, was caught counting the cash and evidence of cocaine and guns that were on the table. SAPD managed to arrest 10 of Nicky's men, who were proven to have criminal records. This place is now taken over by Jekeil after he's released from prison in 2021 to build his drug trafficking organization with the help of his friends. Back to the present, the 20 percent of their sales profit is already a lot, as they have to pay the rest to the cartel boss that Jekeil met in prison. Jekeil always transfers the money to the right-hand man of the cartel boss who is in America. Jekeil will invest the money from drug sales that they get into the various sectors, such as slot machine manufacturing factories. This factory stands in a small hut far from the reach of the Police. It is located in the middle of the forest in the Flint County area. The hut was built with the help of a woodcutter that Jekeil hired to build it. Jekeil also built his mini alcohol shop and also used it as a minibar, to accommodate guests who wanted to make cocaine deals with him. Jekeil has subordinates who always protect the project from enemy attacks. This subordinate was led directly by Desharious as the lieutenant of Blue Project.
