This criminal organization consists of various ethnic group, but the members of this organization are still predominantly ethnic Russians. The Los Santos chapter of this organization actually had been dissolved after the Police Dept. taken down this organization. Mostly of the member either went to Jail or went back to Russia. But revived and now rising due to the released of Vladimir Pevchenkov. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ How it started. Vladimir Pevchenkov and his colleagues attending Grand Opening of his Bar. Pevchenkovskaya OPG is a Russian crime syndicate group who founded by Nikolas Pevchenkov in the late-1980’s. He is a KBG Agent who saw an opportunity that the poor old Soviet Union would soon dissolve. With his friend, they recruited a poor young Russian to become theirs Soldier or Thief in Law. They have an advantage such as having an Insider with in the KGB, Soviet’s army, and Central Committee of the Soviet Communist Party, they are established a friendship with the Soviet’s Oligarchs and Bureaucrats too. In the 1991, Soviet Union dissolved. The Oligarchs have a lot influence and power in the Russian’s Govt. Not only the Oligarchs, the crime syndicates and organization expand their power and influence too. Not only in Russia, but also go to the International. 1993, 2 years after the dissolution of Soviet Union. Nikolas expand his organization; next target is United States of America. Vladimir Pevchenkov, a young Russian also a nephew of Nikolas Pevchenkov migrated to City of Los Santos, United States of America. With command of Nikolas, he establish a Los Santos chapter. Infiltrated the Government’s agency, that’s how Pevchenkovskaya still safe. However, in the 2000 the Police Department taking down the organization with raiding in the Los Flores area. Vladimir got caught and charged with several crime article. Resurrection. Years 2020, Vladimir Pevchenkov or people now call himself as Veles is released from the Prison. He went to Russia first as he then appointed as new Boss of the Pevchenkovskaya after Nikolas death. Back to Los Santos, he meets with Mikhail Kravchenko. Ex-Underboss of the Galiaskarovskaya OPG, they agreed to revived the Los Santos chapter of the Pevchenkovskaya. Infiltrating the Russians diaspora community. Vladimir recruiting a lot of young Russian descent to enter his crime syndicate, he promised them wealth and power. “Our former glory will return.” said Vladimir as he toasts with his partners. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the new state of Russia Federation became chaotic. This is one of the reasons for the rise of Russian’s Mobs and Oligarchs who took an advantage of the incident. Although their large base is in the Russia Federation, many of them also expanded to the European countries and even to the United States of America. • We’ll focusing our factions roleplay on the Corporation, Money laundering, and others related to money. • We do not force everyone to use English. We will try to be as comfortable and flexible as possible to communicate with other player, however we expect you to at least learn English. • We do not oblige you to Roleplaying as a Russian. We also accept people who portraying their character as citizens of Ex-Soviet or Ex-Warsaw Pact countries. Examples are Slav (Belarusians, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Polish, Bulgars, and etc), Baltic (Lithuanian, Estonian, and Latvia), Turkic (Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Azerbaijani and etc), Caucasians (Georgian, and Armenian), Jews, and even German. • If you intend to participate in this faction, we expected you to know and understand about Russian Mobs.
