This gang is filled by various ethnicities such as Vietnamese, Cambodian, Korean, African-American, and Laotian descent. They put their territory on the East Beach, East Pacific Aparts, east of the Saints Boulevard estate. There are hundreds of illegal immigrants from all over Southeast Asia who occupy the motel every year as a residence. In 2019 Martin Maroon #1 Phirun has been known to distribute his drug trade throughout the eastern part of Los Santos, and already has many internal connections with other drug dealers spread across different areas to make it easier for him to distribute his business. Besides that, the East Pacific Aparts which is owned by Gabriel Garcia and is one of the respected gang members made an agreement with Martin Phirun to increase the profits obtained rather than the losses they would get. The motel is used as a multifunctional place and makes it easier for them to carry out their internal activities. in late spring, the (EPG) began expanding their business into the Motel located near the hood on the recommendation of Maroon's right-hand men Garcia and Wills. After that, Garcia takes care of the Aparts, dividing the work with Maroon and Wills who handles the street issues. This gang is dedicated as the successor of the old generation which had faded because the first Original Gangster of the gang was shot dead in front of the motel by their opposition gang and caused the gang to not be able run properly and correctly within a few years. two years have passed, this gang has run normally after all the conflicts in this gang have been completed, all kinds of violence are more manageable and coexist with the local residents who are in their territory or live in the same complex.
