Kami sangat mengapresiasi tentang bagaimana seorang pemain memainkan karakter mereka dengan baik dan memberikan suatu pengembangan kepada karakter mereka secara realistis. Beberapa orang mengira bahwa faction ini adalah faction african-american street-gang. Faction ini memang terlihat seperti itu dikarenakan faction ini masih dalam tahap pengembangan untuk benar benar menjadi DTO sepenuhnya. Jika kalian berminat untuk bergabung kedalam faction ini, silahkan kirim Private Message terdahulu kepada @elmao, @greedisgood @PopPrincess, @LowLand untuk pengarahan lebih lanjut mengenai kedepannya.
