It consists of automotive enthusiasts who have talents and interests in the automotive field. They can get cheap automotive parts from a smuggler named Marc, who is known as a manager at Ocean Docks and sells failed imported stuff there, and Victor's crew are the ones who scatter all that stuff all over town as middleman. The background of an Italian-American desendand named Victor Esposito, who is also the previous president of a motorcycle club named Freedom MC in New York City. The reason why Victor is no longer the leader of Freedom MC is because the MC has been disbanded for the safety of its members. And it all ends with Victor being chased by the NYPD, and he sacrificing himself to be the scapegoat so the rest of the Freedom MC members can have a normal life as they should be. From many histories in his criminal life, finally, Victor can freely show his face to the city because Mikel Labaron helped him to case-close his criminal record and, after three years of hiding, he went to Los Santos and built a small business, Highwell Tailor. This business is growing rapidly as a result of the connections that Victor had with Marc. Victor can get cheap fabric and wool. He buys it at a very low price and sells it at a higher price. Even profits can reach 150% more and without the slightest flaw. Victor's ability to create a business is outstanding. Even Marc himself knows about the skills Victor had. Victor's daily life is gathered with the Motorcycle Club called Rockbeast, but there is no intention of joining any MC or forming a new Motorcycle Club again. What Victor thinks right now is money, money, and money, so he can get rich from his efforts, managing a business with an illegal connection he had. First Connection | September 27, 2016 It was raining heavily in NYC. Marc, a Docks Shipping Company employee, had just met with Victor at a café around The Only Way St. In the corner, right beside the fireplace, they were having a little chit-chat together, talking about their own personal issues. As time went by, they became closer and became good friends. Victor had an intention of recruiting him to Freedom MC as a prospect, but because Marc was too busy with his job as a shipping crew, he refused flatly and said that he couldn't join or become a Motorcycle Club prospect. They had just completed their first transaction when Victor found out that Marc often sent failed imports to the main office to be destroyed en masse. This made Victor think that it was too wasteful, and began to ask Marc to follow his illicit advice, specifically selling those failed imports at a very expensive price. They've been working together ever since Freedom MC still existed, and when MC was disbanded. Marc worked alone with all of Victor's knowledge and advice until Marc officially became the manager of a Docks Shipping Subsidiary Company in Los Santos. Atmosphere | February 10, 2017 In the afternoon, after work hours at NYC Marble Cemeter, an officer came to his son's grave that day and he started crying loudly like a baby, and Victor saw him standing for about 30 minutes crying in front of the grave. Victor tried to approach him and say condolences, but this officer instead scolded Victor for wearing a Motorcycle Club Jacket. Everything made sense. He hates 1% MC. This officer is Mikel Labaron of Detective Bureau Investigation. His son accidentally became a victim of a motorcycle club attack where the motorcycle club was named Slave MC, burning a property next to a daycare and bad luck. Mikel left his son at that daycare, and his son was found burned in the daycare building. Mikel always blamed himself for these criminal activities and promised himself to send all Slave MC to the deepest hell. This Slave MC is also a rival of Freedom MC due to differences in idealism. After a long time, Victor listened to Mikel Labaron's cursing indirectly. Mikel Labaron said something about what killed his son, and who killed him. Victor offers himself as an informant in the case and destroys Slave MC. Mikel was carried away by the atmosphere that Victor promised and this was an advantage for both sides. After the success of their mission, they became partners. In other words, Mikel helped Victor to keep running his illegal business, and Victor helped to provide information to Mikel, so his work was easier. But on the condition that Omar Khaleed wants Victor to introduce him to someone who provides fabric materials at cheap prices. He got from Ocean Docks to selling high and, after Victor and Omar negotiated, there was a large-scale business that made them have diplomatic relations and recruited many people for their illegal business, starting with selling failed imported goods all around Los Santos. As time went by, they were called The Wolves Pack by other gangsters in Los Santos. In the beginning, Victor was the creator of Motorcycle Club Freedom MC, and now that organization is gone, the new life of the First and Last, the Alpha and Omega, is to exist in a world where government regulations can be violated in real terms. Their first meeting was officially held on August 1, 2021, and the organization was created 14 days later, specifically on August 14, 2021. The first business they did was bribe government members to be able to run operational businesses in an abandoned building at El-Corona without any problems. Omar told Victor about the abilities he had, and the rottenness of the government nowadays. Because of Omar's knowledge of United State law, El-Corona is registered as a place of operation for Highwell Corp, which is managed by Victor as commissioner and Omar as a consultant for Highwell Corporation.
