Pakuwo Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 'Killo 9 Tray', is a circle of a small group of African-American teens located in the East Los Santos. Tray gang is derived from the so-called 'Hoover Crips' which known from their unique trait, having a little to no allies even though they're derived from crips. Josiah Crooks, a young man who is one of the member of the notorious 9 pillars, got himself involved with the massacre which killed the 9 pillars as Josiah himself is someone who newly initiated. The enemies really hunts down the whole set, even made Josiah a fugitive among the other member, forcing him to hide somewhere else. Josiah Crooks, a young gun with ambitions, a ex-gangster decided to resurface after years of hiding. Josiah use his power to unite his neighborhood which the area is split into numerous small circles. With his notoriety when he was a lone wolf, he quickly gain fame. The first one who convinced to walk with him is, Marcus Winterley from the Glen Park set and Khalil Moses from the Crenshaw set which both of them got the highest reputation compared to the other set, making Josiah popularity skyrocket in the local area. What left is only the smaller group of people that still defy Josiah's domination. One day, Josiah Crooks got an invitation from the group that still gain notoriety among the smaller group. They invited Josiah to attend their party to talk about the postponed merge between Jamal set and their set. Josiah decided to attend the party despite putting his life at stake. Speak of the devil, things really gone south as the opposite group leader causing havoc at his own party in order to kill Josiah. Fortunately for Josiah, his subordinate easily puts down the opposite group manpower. Josiah Crooks, who stood infront of the opposite group leader, marking his 'comeback' by shooting the opps leader right at his head. Hence making him the new Block Lord with Josiah himself proclaimed that they're the new 'Tray Gang' that goes on action to seek revenge for the massacre that happened in the past. Not too long from the party incident, Josiah saw trio young men that causing ruckus around his block. The trio main reason is because of their abusive parents and avoid home at all cost. Each of them got a strong will, to the point where their will takes Josiah's interest on taking them to his circle. After a while, turns out the trio isnt a some normal teens. They become a Lunatic after being completely grounded by Marcus and Khalil Moses. They're a perfect fit for some illegal activities around the hood. This is where Josiah's set become the future contender on both weapon and drug dealing. With Marcus and Khalil Moses grounding the hood with their own specialties to assert their dominance not only in East Los Santos, they even dominate a small chunk of south as both Marcus and Khalil Moses balls really made of steel. Both dont negotiate, they took over the place. From a separated group, turned into a gang with various turfs that also posess a huge power over East Los Santos underground. Up until now, Josiah and his gang, continue to haunt those who dare to mess with them. Chapter II : The other-side of the Hoover Breaktrough Hoover gang is one of the starting member of the council made by the Ireland gentlemen from Playa del Seville. At first, everything was peaceful before the council made their rivals one of them. The council assembled the members to talk about possible allegiance between the three big set of East Los Santos. Unfortunately, the rivals insult the gang when the talk still running and the council higher-ups seems to favor the rivals more rather than the first member thus making Wolf determined to play the game without the influence of the Council. The tension skyrocket as the Ireland gunman shot one of the gang members and claimed it was an accident and choose not to apologize with his boss as of Wolf and Snow demand, executing their possible right hand man with a point-blank shot to the head and ripping his limb apart one by one. The duo decision made the gargantuan mobs wage war with the Hoover gang. The decision made by Wolf and Snow started to take toll. With the Ireland being their enemy as well as their former supplier of guns and drugs, the Hoover gang started to lose their feet. Wolf barely got some guns from his connection at the Los Santos to fight back, and the gang has no source of income as the drugs supplies were completely cut off from them. The gang suffers on every corner before the man who stood as the same height, Snow, decided to step up and told the gang that he is coming back to his ‘dirty game’. The dirty game he mentioned is to cook their own poison, the famous of being easy to cook in the states even with an amateur equipment and someone who dont know chemistry at all, Methamphetamine. Snow can only cook them for about hundred grams to three hundred at most which is a small amount compared to the cocaine that they got from the mobsters back then. With this, Snow made a so-so fat stack from it despite Snow said it was an embarassing flop he made in his entire life. Wolf heard the word about Snow whom stressed out because Snow is unable to cook in large quantity and the police started their move on the Jefferson, once again takes the lead. With the set gets out from money shortage, Wolf begin his move again with the newly-earned money along with the boys and trample the rest of the Los Santos set, telling them what they owe to the Hoover Criminal Gang. Guess what? The gang really went for it to the point where a police detective got caught in their scene, which he got executed as soon as he got caught. Wolf called this as a redemption for what they've done to the Hoover gang while they're on the tight spot. As of now, Snow still rubs the grease and Wolf calls the shot to make sure every set that involved need to get on their ground when the Hoover gang became a lunatic that paid no attention to such thing like humanity. Chapter III : Methaphetamine After a long time producing several failed products made by Snow, one day Snow created a product he called Methaphetamine. The products he tried to make repeatedly had substances that made one feel like he was taking drugs. The white powder made from glass dust makes some products on the black market lose their purchasing power. Snow said that the product he made required a long time. Wolf quickly lent support by helping Snow with money and a place to manufacture the product. Wolf rented a room which is very far from the city of Los Santos, the room was used as a lab to make these products. The lab is in Rockshore with very little population capacity, where Snow and his colleagues evade the police. By producing Methapethamine, Hoover's finances improved. These products also made Hoover famous among other gangs. Methaphetamine also has a strong effect like other drugs, and also made this product popular among the people around Los Santos.
