He was panicking and got no any idea how to deal with it legally, Tyler is one of the initiator behind the kidnap of Aphrodite Swan. While he's only asking for her to delete the entire investigation the club is asking for a ransom money, that is the flop of his plan. As soon as the club contacted with the SanNews, he knew that something about to happen. The raid is going bad in the Sarcophagus Club House in Blueberry, no one can escape from the building as he is dead and deceased now.
