One day, a shipment came up late so he was suppose to take a look at it and take the shipment home as usual back in the days. He called Smith Davidson to come too because it was his first shipment and he wanted some "catching up" on the latest news on Los Santos. On the meeting point where they were dealing with the dealer, 2 police enforcers who was patrolling the area pinned the three down. As the dealer is holding the goods, and Alexis holding the envelope, there was nothing to hide so they quickly tries to get out from there. The three splits as they use their own car but Alexis was the one chased by 2 police cruisers. As he looks to the rear mirror, he didn't see a road sign that was on his left so he crashed into it and got pinned down by the cruisers. Alexis was offered a last minute chance to get out from there by Smith who came to rescue but he refuses so Smith can escape from there. Gunshots were pulled and Alexis went down, got shot in his heart and stops breathing.
