Dandy Cleverson also known as Clevo has just finished his task from his Top-Dogs to solve the thing about the "Black Market" thing on Irish Business. He started the trip to Hong Kong to meet a TRIAD called Golden Fish that run by Chang's Family. They have a full control of the "Black Market" in all over the country. So, Clevo took a deal with them to easier the Irish Business on "Black Market" in Los Santos. Chang's Family gave Clevo an order and some compensation trade for their safety trafficking on "Black Market".
