Vincent Gaspar or simply called Vince was born on Cleveland, Ohio which currently and might ever be marked as the city of a mobster or any organized crime in particular. In a simple put, Vince is another regular man who respect any other human being as long as there’s no norm boundaries which is acknowledged as his limit get violated. His physical appearance may look intimidating sometimes but inside he got a soft and fragile heart toward women. Vincent, beliefs only on his self-reliance, he learn the street so much by observing, for him ethics and loyalty is a priceless gem, his life at utmost busy maintaining and paid off his loyalty to the family, his friend, and his work which in a stressful level always left him in a trouble.

 

Vince himself had a mafia background that entrenched from his father, a notable and prolific ex-mafia soldier constituted the mid-tier crew lead by the late Sonny Palmieri for Cleveland notorious Cosa Nostra group, Palmice Crime Family. Vince’s father served the sentence behind the bar under the witness protection program which then changed a lot of Gaspar family routine, due to the Justice Collaborator outline. Vincent indeed realized what was his father doing breaking the core code of the Cosa Nostra known as “The Omerta”.

 

Vincent’s whole family in the present time been hunted down by the Palmice Crime Family’s soldier for a retaliation. Thus, he rushed a flight off Cleveland for his safety purpose, and choose

Los Santos as his stop. At his late 20’s of age Vincent had already mature in such of Organized Crime due to the frequent involvement that he was took from the live of his father, but sadly he got no personal-fame down the Los Santos underworld. Lately, Vince attained a hook up with one of the organized group at El Corona Sex Shop pioneered with Kazimir Zukowski an ex-top gun of the famous Zukowski Connection who tried his own comeback.
