Building everything from scratch to the top. Johnny Cruz is a brother for Uzumaki Shinzaburou, both are friends and formerly a member of Azure Eagle Crews in Los Santos. He's known by his handy mechanic skills and experience throughout his career both in AEC, and VMC. Sadly that, their brotherhood must ends two years after that. Shin decided to go back to his homeland, Japan. He gives Johnny his old R-32 Skyline, he decided to open his own garage in his homeland. With that happened, they quitted from the crews. It was 10 PM, Johnny entered a racing league at Ocean Docks track. He met another guy that later became his close friends. They are Ed Bernley, and Ed Sherman. So, they bet one grand of cash. Johnny acceps the offer, by a thinny little cloth that touch the ground the trio speeding through the track, injecting the nitros after the corner. And Johnny failed his impression and lost a grand of cash to the both. They took Johnny over their mansion in Richman area, with a huge garages and lots of shiny parts in, they recruited Johnny over the crews. Spending every days recreating and boosting their cars, they started their own league once more in Las Venturas. The invitations are done by mouth to mouth, and whatsapp chats. The league itself was participated by 8 clubs, including theirs. Once you walked in, the aura is just different. It's a two lap, they knew the track but the Polices are coming over with the sirens turned on. Suddenly the crowd going wild and ran over their own cars and tried to evade the Polices. That was really bad for Johnny that he's caught during the operation.
