Story:

Black Coat Mafia is a Mafia created by Jimmy Walsh 'The Panther' Holroyd
and he is Russian. This association manipulates people by controlling the business and making events.

Behind all the legal activities, this family has many illegal businesses. They play a job as Hitman, and another job of this association is to sell drugs and weapons.

Most of the members of this Crime Network are from survivors of the American Crime Syndicate. They were recruited to help Baldomero in Los Santos.

 

They are also known as the Black Coat Mafia.

According to Jimmy Walsh, Professor of Criminology at Oxford University, the Black Coat Mafia is very decentralized.

This group consists of 20 brigades with autonomous and separate powers. Even so, everything is overseen by a 10-member board.

The number of members is around 15,000. Its main business is trafficking in heroin taken from Afghanistan and a small proportion of human trafficking.

Jimmy Walsh 'The Panther' Holroyd as Boss Boss in Russia sent Jimmy Walsh to Los Santos because he found great opportunities in Los Santos to increase the Vacum of Power network since the Family of the Elimination of American Crime Syndicate.
