The African-American-based gang is located behind Jefferson Motel, and is headed by Larry Westwood alongside several friends named Elliot Biemers. This gang is not a big gang but still a gang with ordinary medicines like weed or cocaine are stored in his basecamp in the Jefferson Motel area. They are rarely found carrying light or heavy weapons by the police, and most of them are armed with firearms. This Alley will change once they find a great connection that will benefit their gang.
