Lowell Hodges was born on May 8, 1970. He grew up in a bad neighborhood in San Fierro, his father was never present in his life. He had never met his father. Lowell was only raised by his mother. at the age of 15, right where he started smoking  and drinking, Lowell was surrounded by bad people who often used drugs, ecstasy and who became drug dealers. Lowell tried to be a dealer and he asked about weed, cocaine, how to become a drug in selling illegal drugs. He was told how to become a drug dealer, at that time he ran a drug business to become a drug dealer. after that much later.

 

Finally, criminal life takes Lowell and his friends and that's when the government must intervene and take legal action,Lowell must be moved to the city of Los Santos in Ganton there he got one of the very famous drug banda in his neighborhood, Lowell tried to approach the dealer so that he can earn a lot of income, he tries to approach him, after getting to know the dealer Lowell starts working and earns a lot of profit but he wants more than that Lowell thinks to kill the dealer so that the customer of the city changes hands to Lowell he thought of a very clever way so that not one of the people saw his action Lowell tried to contact the bookie to come to a party where people didn't know where he was there Lowell killed the bookie Lowell was very happy because right when killing the city Lowell became a lot of customers.

 

Lowell was arrested several times by his uncle, but he seemed fine as long as he was not near his house and as a result, he began to be not too cruel in his neighborhood but people were afraid to choose him so he was often respected by the people around him. Now he marks the rest of his life, with friends who commit crimes and new families that he seems to know with Lowell, he chooses to stay forever in Ganton and live the life of a villain there with friends whose friends can be called family.
