STATE OF SAN ANDREAS
Executive Order EO-265151
WHEREAS, the San Andreas National Guard (SanGuard), headquartered at Fort Zancudo, serves as the primary military and emergency response force for the State of San Andreas; and
WHEREAS, recent internal audits and assessments have indicated a significant depletion in the operational reserves, logistical supplies, and deployable assets within the SanGuard; and
WHEREAS, the recent escalation of heavily armed conflicts presents heightened risks to public safety; and
WHEREAS, the State of San Andreas has a responsibility to leverage every tool and funding available to maintain the safety and peace within the State; and
NOW, THEREFORE, I, James Stracci, Governor of the State of San Andreas, in accordance with the authority vested in me by the State Constitution and statutes of the State of San Andreas, do hereby issue the following Order to become effective immediately:
Within 120 days of the issuance of this Order, the Department of Defense and the State Treasurer shall submit recommendations to the Governor for the purchase of military-grade ammunition, firearms, heavy body armor, and replacement parts.
The San Andreas National Guard, shall have the authority to lock down any state roadways as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of transport of such items.
The Adjutant General is authorized to waive the current active-duty cap, and call up SanGuard reserves as deemed necessary.
I FURTHER DIRECT that as soon as hereafter possible, this Order be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State and that widespread publicity and notice be given of this Order.
This Order is not intended to, and does not, create any rights or benefits, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity, against the State of San Andreas, its agencies, departments, entities, officers, employees, or any other person.
