Clarence Moore On July 17, 2006, a boy named Clarence Moore was born. He came from a humble family. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland. At birth, his mother named him Jimmy Owen Sullivan, but when he was two years old, she changed his name to Clarence Moore, inspired by a Dutch poet.
