Detectives began focusing more on each member of the Westside "106" Neighborhood in their investigations through drug-related, weapon-related, and money-laundering activities after exploring that one of the neighborhood's members had been found in possession of a significant amount of methamphetamine. Detective Samuel Downey found from his informants that the Westside "106" Neighborhood maintained a safehouse to control all of their street marketing. Samuel Downey notified his boss of this over the phone, sending him with a picture that he had taken from his informant as proof. Due to territorial disputes, Original Ganton Park and W/S Rancho Park Gang have been at odds for a long period of time. Kiante "Champ" Reid, who had lost a lot of blood, was officially declared dead due to multiple gunshot wounds before he could be saved. Therefore, word of Kiante "Champ" Reid's death as the Original Ganton Park OG spread around the other gang members. Cameron "Biggie" Goose served a sentence that included 25 years in the California City Correctional Facility (CAC) for his crimes. After Kiante "Champ" Reid passed away, Cameron "Biggie" Goose claimed not to know this in order to murder and massacre every member of the W/S Rancho Park Gang. The ideology of Carricke and his colleagues also changed so that all Irish people no longer trusted the Irish Republican Army. But because of their very massive expansion and seeing a lot of material support and strength for the Irish, Carricke's crew became more organized. From all the people who joined the Carricke connection formed groups that had their own tasks. These groups also recruited Americanswho aimed to expand their connection threads to every corner of the region to East Los Santos and then launched their actions in various ways. Detectives made extensive efforts to track down the Irish's activities, this led to the further exposure of The Shamrock's illegal network which included illegal weapons assembly, large-scale drug trafficking, and prostitution involving numerous officials. Numerous sting operations led to a common thread leading to the Leynagh Hobbocane's name. From him, detective bureau discovered that Shamrock Holding was the parent company that oversees many subsidiaries that were used as money laundering operations.
